my vote is guild wars. WoW just doesnt appeal to me, but it will to others. This is a debate that will never be won. both are good in their own way, and people will always be attracted to either one of them.

most of the time, they are going through a server check...its just bad timing.....the game is worth the trouble though...

i play both, but prefer to play tantra..lag is hardly ever an issue, and around 0 bots. No grinding, leveling is easy, until you get to like lvl 30...but the leveling system is great. The graphics are pretty good too...and unlike SRO, no 2 characters look alike.

It doesnt do that for me...just click the icon, and on the menu where it says to "start game", the first window that pops up, click check files, and let that run...or just keep trying..I get that every once in a while...But, keep trying, because this game is worth it...it is so fun.. I love it :]

I agree that this game is great. I do like maple story, but there is way too much grind. I heard though that once you get to atleast like 30, it gets really fun, but I have never tried...maybe I will...someday. but, this game is awesome for f2p. Leveling is great! hardly any grind. Quests are kinda weird, but not bad. PKing is so fun...I love it!!!

ME!!! Lvl 10 mage though.............. or maybe lvl 11...not sure...but i will be leveling all day today :]

WoW was seriously fun at first....but once I got to 60... (before expansion), it was just killing things and doing lame quests. I didn't even have anything to do anymore. So, that shows how much WoW is oriented to leveling up. I didn't realize it, but that is basically all I did. Quests,and grinding. That is all WoW is. If they had a decent PvP system, I would probably go back....but now I am just testing all the f2p games right now.

Sorry to tell you, but you are not going to find a lot of grinding in p2p. Also, like the immature things like marriage. Only people new to MMO's go around asking " LOOKING FOR HOT GF! WHISP ME." Hardcore MMORPG players would not be caught dead. So, I suggest you dont do that. Its dumb. But if you really want it, play maplestory. It has an item mall you can choose to buy things from, otherwise it is f2p. Buying stuff makes maplestory a lot more fun. But, it is up to you :]

The other day, I was playing Guild Wars Nightfall, and I saw this "naked" assassin saying "SELLING CYPER SEX! 2K PER SESSION!" ..............................hysterical.

Guild Wars doesnt have classes/races, but it has professions. I like the scythe-wielding Dervish of the Nightfall Campaign. AoE melee dmg ftw!

I do like Silkroad a lot, but all the autoers kill it...If joymax could figure out how to get rid of them, the game would kick ass.

POKEMON, the MMORPG...To be honest, I actually think if they put some time in it, and didnt make it look like it was put together in a day, that game would be pretty kickass!!!!  Yea, Pokemon is basically dead...the cards atleast. To be honest, i still play the gameboy version on long car trips cuz it is a long game, but it keeps me entertained. I think Pokemon would actually be a fun MMORPG....

Isn't it ironic that Silkroad and Maple Story have the same security program (nProtect Gameguard) and they are probable the two most hacked/botted games out there??? I dont know if there is a worst botted game (besides runescape). If there is, tell me. I just find that ironic.............................The company needs to do something, because it is not working...

To be honest...there aren't that many MMOs with atleast a decent pvp system. GW is my favorite pvp system. I do like Silkroad, and wandering around, finding a noob who is training and just kill him for no reason, but that gets old after about 10 min. I like GW because there are different types of matches. I love GW pvp system, but pve gets old fast.

That was one thing I loved about runescape...you could access it anywhere, as long as you had an internet connection. I was ADDICTED to that game for a long time, but it is just plain dumb now...If they made RS3 have graphics like Guild Wars or silk road, but the same content..it would be awesome. But other than that....no.

To be honest, I think people complain about the bots because everyone else does. Its a "trying to fit in" thing. I have seen a few bots, but not NEARLY as many as people lead you to believe. I dont use a bot, because I like playing legit. And there are still a ton of legit players in this game. Very fun...I like this game a lot. I am in Zeus, my name is Tsungrai, lvl 10, but still pretty good :]. The game basics are pretty easy. I reccomend using the mouse to run/walk because the arrow keys are different than most 3D mmo's. Fighting is easy, and I LOVE the pvp system. Once I become lvl 30+, I will be able to pwn noobs wearing different capes than mine. Will be very fun :].
