That's the beauty of EVE: Same universe, same characters, same.. everything.

What do i care if, on MMO xOx (guess), you got a sword double your size on server A, but on server B, you're a nobody? That's just silly.

A link to the trailer then some of the presentation:

Thanks for the link.

What a surprise (NOT), 'Hellmar''s English still, and utterly.. SUCKS.

I mean, he should have enough money to learn some basic English. :)

Obviously, if the reviewer says he was logged 9 hours and only 2 show up in logs, that means that they're using some crappy MS SQL that doesn't log everything.

Elementary, my dear Watson.

"newS scanning mechanics"?

What they need is a spellchecker.

"recession" is being a nice excuse for many people, but i don't see it in Blizzard or CCP.

WAR has failed. Bugs aren't fixed, RVR is crap, the downfall is inevitable and obvious.

I have a rank 40 on 3 servers, and this game is totally unbalanced.

People are losing their will to play, and online numbers are going down like butter.

No wonder Mythic tries these silly events... they ARE getting worried.

They should use their time to fix the trillion reported bugs, and balancing classes, not doing .. shows.

Pathetic.

In their site:

"The statistics hase been cached"

Nothing more to say, really.

The funny thing is how the Wow lamers keep calling "free expansions" to something that is basically bugfixes + a couple of new ships.

Sigh....

CCP has poisted patch notes for Quantum Rise 1.0.2, the latest patch for EVE Online.

EVE Online: Quantum Rise 1.0.2 will be deployed this Thursday, 27th November. Tranquility will be down from 11:00 GMT to 15:15 GMT for this patch deployment.

Quantum Rise 1.0.2 mainly consists of changes and fixes to weapon grouping, graphics and the user interface. Patch Notes are available; updates to the notes may be added should any further items be cleared through the Quality Assurance process. These updates will be highlighted with green text.

Read the patch notes here.

Mental note: I poist, you poist, they poist.

I really wish people would quit making "I quit" or "why I quit" posts.  They are a waste of your time.  We don't care why you quit.  We aren't going to miraculously "see the light" and follow suit.  If you don't like WAR.  Fine.  Real PvP isn't for everyone.

Please, just leave quietly.

WAR isn't "real" PVP.

Real PVP is Eve, where you lose a ship and think "hmm i just lost 1 month of work".

In WAR? 15 minutes, or you pay to get healed.

That's PVP for kids.

I don't believe there really is a beta going on. I don't believe this game is anything but a hoax.

Agreed. If a dxdiag with a Quad Core, 8GB Ram, 5TB HD is not enough, then they are not inviting anyone. :P

Your links broken Stradden.

Indeed, a small .jpg is not much of a "video presentation".

Really, stop whining.

"balance" comes with abilities, not only with numbers.

And in that regard, Order is overpowered.

You forgot to mention dictor bubbles, and heavy dictors.

"KABOOM!

Explode you battle squig causing you to be launche upward out of you squig armor. "

"you"-"your" (2x!!)

"launche"-"launched"

"per say"?

Wikipedia saves:

per se (sometimes misspelled "per say" or "persay") is:

* A Latin phrase used in English arguments for "by itself" or "by themselves"

It also is used in law:

* Illegal per se, the legal usage of "per se" in criminal and anti-trust law
* Negligence per se, legal use in tort law

From vaporware... to failware. :)

Although OP's logic is right in THEORY, look at Eve:

Completely flawed *1 , people complain, nothing gets done, and it's still standing.

*1 - as if lag wasn't enough, i have sent proof a guy bought 2bil isk on some farmers site, GM replied, he's still playing. "awesome" GMing.

Let the whiner go, he spells like a 5 year old, so.. who cares?.

"Starship Toppers"? lol
