I'm not worried about 2 day shipping, hell for the last 2 games iv pre-ordered  (WoW: BC and LoTRO) i received both games 1 or 2 days before the servers actually went live.

If i dont get the game on launch day its not like a year down the road i'll be regreting not playing on day 1... oh god i missed out on 6 hours of gaming?

Right now one of my PC's is little over 3 years old, i got it in 2004, now... every peice of equipment in this PC isnt compatable with the new mobo's , and no new graphic cards/ memory / duo processors are backward compatible with my mobo... so in fact after 3 years id have to buy a whole new PC anyway for the tole of $2000 " for my taste "  compared to buying a console after 3 years for under $1000.

On a side note, i wish PC and console war would end and a bran new PC/game system would emerge with a  dedicated gaming OS like consoles now, but customizable insides like PC

a deciding factor for many seems to be keyboard and mouse... did you know both PS3 and xbox 360 support USB keyboard and mouse

Would you rather buy a new $3000 PC to play WAR , or buy an Xbox360/PS3 and have WAR released on console?

I can't say im bias one way or another, iv got PC that can run it and a 360.... BUT if WAR came out on 360 with Keyboard/mouse enabled, id probably use console, just for ease of use, i can live without random errors due to incompatibility with patchs or whatever issues i always come across its not like i use PC for anything but surfing the web and gaming anyway

Xbox 360 Live needs a really great MMORPG; when this is released for Xbox, I will definitely get it.  I hope there are more MMORPGs for Xbox 360.  I want to try them all.
