sony found a way to stop KSing when the game first came out, sadly though people chose not to

play on the server where it was fixed. the fix was called PvP and people chose KSing bah...

best way to look at this case is to use an analogy... lets say you went to the movies and paid to get in. you are comfortably watching the movie when all of a sudden someone behind you starts making all kinds of noise, they begin to throw ice and popcorn around which totally distracts your enjoyment of the movie. now can you sue this person? can you sue the movie theatre if they dont remove this person in a timely matter? or can you just simply ask for your money back and be done with the situation?

 

basically does the MMORPG offer a gaming experience that is free of farmers/hackers/acct sellers and has a clause that you can get your money back if they dont live up to that claim? if the answer is no, then no suit is ever gonna work unless you find one really retarded judge and an equally retarded one when it goes to appeal hehe.
