DarthMauUK free trial ? its limited to the spacestation? and why would i take it since i got week or 2 left on the subs. i know the places, i used to play this before the NGE.once the NGE hit i quit so i never played the NGE much at start so i donno how much it has developed in these 1,5-2 years but if theres a monthly fee i expect some quality on the gameplay and graphics (like the animations)

the quests are just boring

like you have 1st one. go to the bunker X mess their computers (to do this you have to wipe the whole bunker)

next one. go to the bunker X get some boxes (to do this you have to wipe the whole bunker)

next. go to the bunker X find some weapons (to do this you have to wipe the whole bunker)

next go to the bunker X kill the leaders and once again for the 4th time you have to wipe the whole bunker

some quests update while you are at the spot and have new objectives once you complete the 1st but why dont all ? you have to go back and forth 4 times? and you probably visit the bunker X on the next line of quests as well (it was naboo)

about the difficulty its a bit high and makes you feel weak, since a small lizard can beat the crap out of commando (the dragonets at the jabba questline)

and if you try to ask an advice from high level players, like where can i buy good armor/know any good shops for stuff or something. you get answers like "type /quigonjin lol" or something.. i know this is just a trick since /q is exit command for the game. but anyways do people just use the HELPER sign to harass new players?

i renewed my subs. for month recently to check things out and i would have to say... no

commando 36, but haven't played for a week because it got so boring

few reasons

the few things i did enjoy

+ races are pretty much equal (but i didnt like to see fat wookie jedis around )
+ space combat
+ commandos granades

Jedi should have never been put as playable class ever. it really breaks the feel of the star wars when the jedis are being played by the powergamer retards.
I remember when i met my first "jedi" back in the old days and he being total idiot /12year old and using "LOLOLOL" etc. really breaks the atmosphere.

now playing LOTRO and its pretty good, too simplified compared to the preCU/NGE SWG though, but has some potential and nice players

You have not mentioned anything that has not been mentioned before atleast 200 000 times. But, i do not believe you are correct on some of your info. Firstly : Jedi as a starting class is alot more balanced to jedi as an unlockable class. in pre cu to be able to keep up with elite classes you had to unlock jedi, otherwise you stood no chance, therefore there is alot more balance now. I think you are probly just pissed that you had such a hard time unlocking jedi and now everyone can start one from the word go, but in reality in the past the game was all about chasing the jedi unlockable toon, now instead it is more about building your current characters and having fun. So in reality nothing you said made much sense. I do agree lotro is an ok game, but it lacks depth as most of the other mmorpgs do and cannot even come close to SWG in this department. As for bugs, there are alot less bugs now than there was pre cu, so that is really a poor excuse, and animations ? PFFF - please, in old pre cu two jedi duelling looked like they were standing miles apart and not even hitting each other, kinda looked like a stick man system compared to the current combat system, also animations are getting a revamp soon to even add more improvement.
