I deleted this becuase it's negative about the game.. becuase after thinking about other peoples choices I know that other people have certain tastes for certain games so i'l just leave it at that.

If anyone makes a remake of this game or somewhat like it, it's going to be me!

accualy i think im going to buy the expansion when it comes out, the rares sound realy good.

This games pvp gives you the best heart pumping adrenaline. that's why i want to come back.

While fighting you can accualy dodge certain kinds of war magic with your own keyboard.

you can dodge arrows with strafe.

it all takes skill (stats) a good template and menovering.

Also the best part! is that when you kill someone, you can take some of their loot, including some stuff they are wearing. unless you have "death items" <--high valued items drop first and if you have enuff that's all you'll drop but you can fetch a good price. but same can happen to you if you die ;)

 got a 60 tauren warrior in wow.  the pvp was ok but not as intense becuase you get virtualy nothing out of it. game is not too fun after 60.  nothing beats Asherons call pvp from my experiance.

it's my favorite out of every mmorpg and i've played them all.

 got a 60 tauren warrior in wow.  the pvp was ok but not as intense becuase you get virtualy nothing out of it. game is boring now. i've played all the rest of the mmorpg's daoc, eve etc. even those crazy asian anime ones that are worse than getting cought masterbaiting if someone sees you playing them.

nothing beats Asherons call pvp. new expansion is comming too in about 2-3 months. cant wait.

This was my first mmorpg i have played. This game is what turned me into what i am now "a computer freak". many stories have been told about this great game. I belive it was the best and will always be. Never in my life have i played a game enjoyable as this before and the memorys will always be with me. In my 3 years of exploring dereth there is still many places i have yet to have seen. I was one of the lucky players to release Bael'zharon from his eternal slumber on the carebear server "Morningthaw"  Hated by many, loved by many. "Gusto King" ring a bell?  slayed by red's shortly after his release and looted of my goods   stories are still being told about those days. the good ol' days.

Like everyone else says nothing else compares to this game. The freedom that it provides. and the world to live it in. Uniqueness of characters were unparalell.  I've tried the majority of mmorpgs Eq, DAoC, Ao, Eq2, Ac2, CoH, PS, L2, SB, eve,Nc,  (UO and WoW were close but none fit the glass slipper.)
