What I look for in MMOs:
-Concept
-Creativity
-Freedom
-Beauty
-Variety

PotBS has more of all of that than PotCO or Voyage

The only reason you wouldn't want to go PotBS besides the others, would be because your graphics card couldn't support

Well, I've been checking out this game for a while randomly, but I'm not to interested, here's why:

I do not know this for sure, and I know little of the game
But from my understanding, during the entire time you spend in this game, you are piloting spacecraft ...
Meaning you have no character, making you technically just a ship.
I LOVE the concept of EVE online, but I've always come to the conclusion from the screens/vids I've seen that you don't actually have a character.

Is this true?

I have not played The Matrix online since it has come out, I have no clue what happened to my disc, and I do not wish to continuously play anyway, but I would sure love to try it out see how its grown.

SoE in my opinion, and I'm sure most gamers' opinions, has a very bad reputation

This is pretty nice, suprising from SoE to do something like this, but nonetheless going to be very helpful it sounds like.

I really hate how people do this, they go to these magnificent games that have been recently made --

Then they post on games like these on MMORPG.com about how lame the graphics are
"ZOMG LIEK WTF THIS ISZNT LORD OF THE RINGZ ONLINE GRAFICX!!!111"

And they make reviews saying the graphics suck, making no comment about the game outside of graphics or game engine,
Then people's hopes of wanting the game are destroyed.

Could've been a great experience for them...

Aside from the graphics and engine differently (and quite uniquely) built from these "glamourous" MMORPGs, Runescape features just about anything else you could look for.
I do not play the game anymore, but I had played for almost 5 years, and yes, the PLAYER community overall sucks complete ass, but Jagex I'd have to say would be doing the best work of ANY MMO compared to ANY game performance and help-wsie

If you haven't noticed before, there are absolutely NO bugs in Runescape
None whatsoever.
The last time I saw a bug in the actual game (not counting beta for RS2), was when they were moving the entire engine from RS1, and they had announced well before that bugs would very well occur.

Community service -- yeah I think if you were a team of less than 50 people youre not going to answer all of your messages if its most of the n00bs playing saying "ZOMG MY FRIEND HAXED ME GIEV ME MAI STUFF BACK!!!!!1".
Other than that, Jagex is more involved in Runescape than you realize I think, and it should be necessary to say they do the best customer support work than any other game. And yes, that includes how they used to be.

No, GMs aren't in game so much, and neither are the official mods, mainly because they all either have lives, or theyre working on making the game, improving it, and working with the best stuff to make sure its entirely bug-free. That's the reason why they have player mods, if you have a question for the GM, you send em a mail, if its reasonable, they answer it. Nothing else to it.

actually, Tabula Rasa is going to be very very much like Anarchy Online

There's a couple things that they could never compare to Anarchy Online,
But I must say, playing the beta, leveling isn't necessarily a grind as much
And the lore and storyline put into it is amazingly creative.

It's not my style, but it should certaintly be for many others.

This is not just on WoW, but many other games including SWG, Anarchy Online, and many others.

Hopefully it is the same kind of source, since it has been hell lately for everyone.

Now that's what I need, an Uberer, much cooler, and awesomer, SWG 2
