I dont really see the big deal as long as they slab "M" on the label, if a 14 yr old is gonna play this game cuz it has some explict content then chances are he's already been a lil further in the world of what we all call "the world wide web" The only problem would be if it is too explict and mature than they will end up giving the game an "AO" rating.

WoW is a good game, I didnt want to play it at first, but all my RL friends, even ones i havnt seen for like 7 yrs, play it. so i tried it out and love it. over the couple of yrs, ive quit like 3 times and come back, possibly addiction. but its not a bad game, it has cartoon graphics, but whatever, it runs great on low end comps. I dont know why you care that it is in 18th place, but all MMO's on this site are placed into categories by the ratings of members of this community such as yourself... Most people in this this forum  are all about MMO and being such, they tend to go for eith A:Graphics, B: Community, C: hype and whats others think of it.   WoW just doesnt appeal to people coming come classic MMO's that have been on this site for along time, and probly never will, so although I like WoW, i can see why it does not deserve a top rating for this site. nor does it matter.

who the hell would switch from RS to GW, 75% of people who play RS are poor or dont have the comps to play them... another large number I see playing RS in the library computers because they dont even have a comp at all.... Besides that, they are making a GW2, plus numerous other MMO's coming out that will outdo GW, i played GW, liked it, beat it, and PVP'd the living %#@% out of it but i half to say. dont switch from a OLD mmo, to a slowly reducing in popularity MMO..... its like moving from a dead home to a home that is falling apart. ((I dont play RS, but I have LOTS of good memories of when i did))  "I really half to say, you guys going into the forum trying toget players to quit playing RS, reminds me of christian missionaries down in africa, trying to convert... There are SOO many people playing RS, there prolly will be for quite some time, your not going to make "any difference" in the RS community, and there would be no point in trying in the first place. I dont really think it matters if people who play WoW never leave it. You dont really need 20 million people to make a good game... you can have only 10,000 people and still have a good game as long as about half are active and you have 2 servers. there was never really a need for like 100 servers anyway, so no matter how many subscribers there are on WoW, theres only about 700,2000 people on at any given time on any given server. thats basically the same in any MMO. if you wanted to go back to EQ1, just because its community has like 1 - 100th of WoW's, that just means they will have less servers, but with plenty of people on them. Honestly, the 20 million just boasts the profit that bliz is making. I wont lie thoh, ive quit WoW like 4 times and am currently back at it because like all of my RL friends are in it lmao.

Anyways there is now a chinese translator patch mod u can DL that makes 95% of all text in PW english, the only thing it doesnt translate is the chat that the native chinese speak. ill try to find the link for it because it was a while ago that I saw it but if any of you already know about it feel free to give the directions for it to everyone 

try more like 2 lol, but thats seriously just the Fraps, im using the free version, I take fraps off and get like 20 FPS with all the graphics up, when I turn down water about halfway, I get around 35+ fps on my machine. I only have 1 gig of ram and a dated 256 mb video card.

Ok so I dont know if this is official or just being plain out mean, maybe one of you knows but I was just having fun with my friend flying him around on in my wings, testing out the carrying system, btw is AWSOME. and i decided to let him go over a nice little for and so i dropped down as well. We where in the middle of buying supplies and armor when all of a suddent he sends me a Xfire saying, WTF dude, u just disapeared but arent logged, all of a sudden my screen ingame goes black and I find myself in this flat Volcano/3rd world type enviroment which half built homes and thunder. After waiting about 30 seconds my screen goes black and I am sent to a Desert with a huge dune and all of a sudden appears a "Gm" with gotchic lolita type clothing. "I was stunned" the only thing I could transfer from what she said was, "kon ban wa" or good evening... the rest was in box [][][][][][][][][] type format. so i found myself saying, "did I do something wrong?" I also find myself going )= and )-*=  and such else with some of the  emotes.  All of a sudden im teleported again to a place that looks like a crystal oasis of some sort with similar weather to the first place i was ported. this time she puts me in a floating statis and makes it so I cannot move at all. """ I think im in MMO prison""" wtf for? Really when you think about it, The place where she bound me was right next to a half built home with a jailcell and such, but she had me locked outside of the prison . Anyways in the meantime I got some good fraps of it and will prolly post some vids of it on Youtube "maybe'".  

Apparently all this stuff happend to my friend as well. It has been a day since then and this afternoon when i got back from class, I tried to log on and it have me a Msg and a # saying something in japanese with, you guessed it, more [][][][][][][].                                                                                   I Really love perfect world but this makes me ask, If they dont want foreign players in there game, why dont they IP lock it? and also, I had some cool kanji in my name so how would they find out over the 1000's of players that we where american? .... and after all that, Do they have something gainst us? well i mean as far as gaming terms :/ i know my history classes but still...      It not liked we nuked japan yesterday....
