MMOs on consoles make them that much more accessible.

Ahh Yes, Another person thinking I would voice my opinion without trying one. In fact I have played FF, it was fare to simplistic and clumsy for my tastes. The PC gives MMO's the ability to become far more complex and user friendly. Theres just no way that a xbox/ps3 can compete with the mouse/keyboard combination. I can say that I will never play any MMO released for any console, as I refuse to throw my money in the toilet by buying an console platfom, that I will have to throw away 2 years later when I want to upgrade to the "new" console. It just doesn't makes sense to spend 600$ when you can buy a decent gaming PC for that price.

Is this a serious question??? MMO's for consoles?? Lol...what a waste. The controls would be sloppy as hell, i don't even see how the interface could be user friendly with the clumsyness of an xbox/ps3 controller. It would be destined for failure from the start.

I too hate fast travel, actually.  Slow travel creates smaller pocket communities and livelier cities and stuff.  The worst case I've ever seen of travel nerfing was the PoK system.  Once that went in, the regular towns just died.  There used to be quite a subculture in Kelethin, Freeport, and to a lesser extent Qeynos.

EVE is the perfect example like this guy says. The world is so large that it makes the content trivial. The PVP in this game takes forever to find due to the sheer size of the "universe" . Also, try coordinating something with guildies, for example, heres a conversation that happens alot in EVE. Player tells you hey man wanna come kill some stuff in blank? You reply, Sure but im 27 jumps out from that area, see you in a 30-45min.

A Midwest/country wild west style mmo, kinda like GUN, or red dead revolver...don't think theres ever been an mmo based on this genre....Would be interesting to see...maybe not cowboys and indians type stuff but theres alot of possibilites

can't even get past character creation screen, i crash or lag out or loose connection to server, Lol. Not to mention the textures are all screwy.
