When i want a gaming console, i buy a PS4.

When i want a media-apparatus that restricts me, demands from me & robs me, i buy an XBOX1.

There's no "safe way" of doing FPS combat client-side (which eliminates latency issues) because of the ease of hacks, server-side handled hit-detection has to be like TESO is handling it OR the players all have to have <40ms latency (which is impossible in the case of TESO and their 'hive server'

TBH, i'm not surprised, with the idiocracy of the modern generation..

Dayz occasionally and not a whole lot more, been 'trying' a bunch of MMO's lately, none could keep me for more than a couple of days (most i've tried or played before anyways). Not alot of good games have come out this year, so i'm on wait mode.

I've been waiting for a proper FPS/TPS mmorpg shooter/sci-fi/psi, ever since Neocron went away.

So kind of hoping both Destiny and Division comes to PC, but i fear they're only multiplayer co-op shooters on tiny maps.

How many Ubisoft games have come out in the recent years as console exclusives? Not a whole lot.

Just wait a bit, i bet they'll pop Division and Watch Dogs for the PC aswell, i can't see them 'throwing away' money by not doing them for PC aswell.

Witcher series is a must play, if you haven't already! Witcher 2 especially

They took a pure fantasy game, added tropical shirts,  racing cars, jet packs etc

My point is they couldn't of killed the fantasy setting any more if they tried, and opposite of fantasy is sci fi

yeah I agree during the development everything about the game looked like it was going to be a pure fantasy game, then they added cars, bikinis, tropical shirts and so on lol.. kind of turned it into a joke..

 

Don't forget scuba gear, tractors, modern sunglasses and other entirely non-fantasy related crap.. the game looked brilliant like a year ago, the new idiotic additions have entirely ruined my anticipation for the game.

Good looking game, but won't push me to buying either console, nor will any of the other console-only games shown at E3.

No programming till the planning phase is complete.

Cross platform, All platforms in the same world. swapping skillbars with a controller will be easy. And there will be macros.

Game design will have Esports in mind with huge battlefields, and a complex skill system that rewards cooperation.

Hire MMO vets to help create appealing content.

No money. Gear is either found/crafted/or rewarded. This plays to the need to have and be a part of a great community
