You'll right if you thought "what? atlantica online in europe?". It's the lauch of the european atlantica online. Much better ping BUT it's in German. NDOORS said that they'll try for the future to make more clients for different languages but for now it seems it's the only one in Europe. Your NODDORS usernames work in germany too but you must activate them on their website. Start of the open beta is the 21st of October at 6PM (CET). it's a different client (older than the USA version) and on the official site there was no mention of the Janisary nor the B class mercs.

off topic: why do you use the search license in FL or on bosses? I really don't understand... I mane, that bot is actually helping your opponent by taking the loot for you. You give them a free space to move to. By bosses i use to kill the mid line and not loot so that the boss helpers can't get in front of the boss protecting it. In FL it's the same but every free spot is a blessing for the opponent.

I said this on this forum and  on others too: if you want it fast, fast, fast PAY FOR IT! If you can chill and enjoy every aspect of the game you can relax and you don't have to pay at all or really really little... But i guess this kind of patience  (and wisdom) comes with the age and the free time one has... I have very little free time so when i can play i relax at it and don't stress myself with things that don't really matter.

Please restrain yourself if you don't know of what you're talking about. AO is a great game as it is and the OP laments about the politics of the developers.

i'm just lv.91 and yesterday had only a few minutes to patch the game and check the new things in the market... I don't know at which level you can get the new guitar merc but i know that every merc is ment to be used from a certain level BUT the recruitment quest forces you to be a much higher level to get that particular merc. The quests for every other merc forces you to enter the shadw dungeons and party up OR wait some more levels to be able to fight your way through. The oracle finnal boss is 17 levels higher (93) than the reccomended oracle level (76). I, most of the times bought the merc when i could first use it and made the recruitment quests later.

And why don't you just buy them from the market? Patrol license 1 day (why do you need more than 1 day patrol anyway???)  is one of the cheapest licenses on the market... And 250-300 mil (Sik) for the BL is not much either for a 100+. But if you wanna buy them with real money, you're free to do it...

i have an old Barton (AMD) 2500+ @1.83 GHz with 1.25 GBRAM and a 6600GT (128 MB, AGP) and i have no problems with this game... Never crashed. Not before and not after the patch... Running it on XP SP3.

So... if i have 2 credit cards from two different banks, i can use just one of them? That's stupid and i doubt that this was the real reason... Maybe the fact that you share the same IP and wanted to buy for two different accounts item mall stuff was the real reason here.

Like most of us, i didn't read the EULA but i'm pretty sure that there is something about IP sharing in there and that you should announce the devs about the two accounts that share the same IP to avoid inconveniences (like the one above).

The goal of this event was to raise the overall prices of the mounts, to give a higher ingame value to the gcoins. Why do you think they raised the basic horse (i just can't spell it) price to 70mil? We bought it for 12mil before (it was even 8 mil a month ago if you were lucky) and now the lowest price of it is 26 mil on the market. Elephant price will rise like a rocket once the shock of the patch is over and ppl start to realize that the horse exchange in Bagdad doesn't get them an elephant anymore. Now the elephant is still ~170-190 mil but it will be soon 300 mil due to the basic horse new increased value.

From your point of view, i know that you are right regarding the rip-off. But from my point of view (a father and husband who has a merely 8-12 hours to play in a week), potions>license. A license is 280-350 mil on sykion and a potion 10-13 mil. For the money i would spend on a license i could have 1200-1600 blessed fights that i could turn on and off depending on the monsters i face (white, yellow, green).

The item mall does not offer weapons or armors. There are mounts, wings, potions, licenses, stones that all favor your advance in pve but they don't work in pvp. PVP is influenced indirectly by the item mall. Item mall users have more money because they can sell the items from the item mall so they can buy better armor and weapons but i can live with that because after all they keep the game running.

IMO the item mall is not a must for lv 100+ but what do i know? I'm just a level 67 with 300+ mil... (At 95+ i guess i'll easily have passed the 1 billion mark and i never used the item mall...)

You won't be able to compete against item mall customers in PVE but AFAIK PVP is not influenced directly by the item mall...

Aparently you have no idea what PVP means... It looks like you knew but then you totaly fail ...
Atlantica is full of PVP. Free league is a competition held every 3 hours and at each competition you can fight up to 8 matches with equal opponents. There is also a weekly competition and a server clash on Titan.

All you want is PK but let me inform you that PK is different from PVP. PK is a non-consensual fight where most of the time a high level kills a low level and masturbates of joy (really, really sorry for using this word). PVP is a consensual fight between two equaly strong players.

I knew about the travel agency, but it`s just not enough! You can teleport only from town to town, which isn`t good for dungeon quests. Dungeons are like a maze and the Automove is too stupid there. If you need to fight a boss in 4th floor you`ll be spending like 20-30 mins + 10-15 stamina just to get there. Getting out of the dungeon is even worse.

You can auto-move to dungeons and use the WASD keys to move arround monsters that get in your way without exiting auto-move. Getting out of dungeons is the easiest part. I have no idea why you say that it's even worth when you can directly teleport out of there to ROME (Arena is the least crowded area there IMO) and from there you can teleport to the town where your quests are. And you complain at level 38? That's insect dungeon... There even the auto-move rarely hit's a monster (except maybe the frist floor where the ant workers are) . And for your information, from the quest giver to the 4th floor it should never take you  more than 7-13 minutes (loading screens included)...

During the last 4 months i downloaded the game 4 times for 4 ppl (deleted then another one called and asked me to give him the game on a stick so i downloaded it again...) and everytime from the mirror site ORPG. For me here in Romania that site goes very well (~1MB/s) and i never had any ptoblems with it. Downloaded fine, extracted w/o problems and instaled perfectly. Then let the laucher patch, start, press ok, start the game again and voila!
