Game doesn't have much of a chance from what I have seen.  Not p2p material at all.

Hmmm they really went over the top letting you play a mage or a dual wielder...SLOW DOWN THERE you might have people break their necks.

War40k themed browser game, interesting. I'll check it out.

It sounds like a trap tactic. I mean sure they specify that characters will be wiped after alpha, but that's just a legal cover , meanwhile people who do not notice that warning will pay for items.  It's pretty lulzy.  Cash shop at this stage of testing is seriously as low as you can get .  Allods is a different story. The entire problem stems from the difference between the vision the original developers had for the game and the publisher.  This game is a generic grinder, with mediocre graphics and no well made feature of note. No wonder they are trying to scam people.

its alpha stage come on do you think they are that stupid that they think they will take the money and run at ALPHA dam wake up if your a gamer you know what alpha is let alone a beta if you spend real money it is because you chose too get over it already

Yeah I do realise these things, cause I'm an adult and I've played mmorpgs for over a decade.  You forget alot of kids and first timers play these games.  I really don't see why anyone could possibly think an item shop being open during the alpha stage is an ethical thing to do.  Some people just think about themselves I guess.

How is this an mmo ? It doesn't even have persistent char progression !!!

Looks good man, building walls, area of influence...I only just started playing but so far better than most browser games.

So the game is nothing new, except everyone gets to ride a mount all the time ? Gimmicks Gimmicks Gimmicks, same old game.

I strongly urge anyone interested to read up on the situation on NA and Rus server. Even the EU server is experiencing population drops I noticed. It's prty sad considering this is the closest to WoW quality any f2p game has gotten so far. Oh well.

Fully destructible environment.....which in this game relates only to asteroids, oh the joy.

Nice asian grinder bro.  We really don't have enough of those in the west already.

Very little info, but it all sounds very interesting.

The game is a grind actually, you need a ton of materials for the most basic stuff and you need alot of money too.  Equipment doesn't seem to affect your char very much so blacksmithing and weaving is about making your chars look better. Only the stones matter in the game overall.  In runescape you don't have to pve to craft, that's what a sandbox game is about. In this game it;s all about grinding mobs or doing quests, definetly not a sandbox game.

The company that was the original dev team for G&H was the original dev team for STO, nuff said.

Well the game offers nothing really new, and all the features it does sport aren't very well done or halfway interesting. Good luck killing cows man :P  Oh and I'm sorry for overreacting , this game is indeed on par with dozens and dozens of crap f2p mmos out there. Problem is, this isn't a f2p mmo.

Words cannot express how poorly made and amateurish this game is. Let me count the ways, or not. I cannot believe they want this game to be p2p,. it's not even f2p quality.

Dragon Oath just came over to the states and I been reading around and I heard good things. There's no grinding, a ton of quests, lots of content. Check it out.

No grind you say ? Sounds like a lie to me, this is an asian mmo.

Blizzard is simply taking the pirate community into consideration.   They know that pirates will simply buy 1 version to play multiplayer and simply download the single player campaigns version illegally.  I mean, why else would companies try to squeeze every dime from their fans with such tactics as SC2 is doing, or DLCs if not to encourage pirating ?  This is all part of a cunning plan by Blizzard Activision....or wait who owns them now ? I forget :/

Well, it's all fun and games till people start leaving the game lol.  In my opinion creating new chars with the sole intent on scamming people is a bit of a shady area.  You are exploiting in a very basic way actually.  Not only people's stupidity but also getting around the whole idea of accountability open world games are supposed to gravitate around.  Tough nuts to the dumbasses who fell for it, but where exactly is the accountability in all this ? Player scams your city with a new char, transfers everything to BLANK etc.

Fix the server stability, maybe. Fix the awful gameplay ? no.  More than one game launched with horrible server issues, Anarchy Online would be one of em. It is never a sure thing.
