How are the new graphics on the Serenity server? Do they live up to the hype? How do they compare to the trailer? If somebody has a new computer or graphics card, that would be a good test. |

I think those reviews are ~2003. I hope they re-review Eve for Trinity, and again when ambulation comes out. It will make interesting reading. |

Read all about it: www.nytimes.com/2007/11/28/arts/television/28eve.html I agree with most of what the reporter has to say. However, I believe Eve will outlast WoW, and I don't think BoB view themselves as evil. |

Thank you all very much for your replies! It's very interesting. |

I agree with the OP, up to a point. However... CCP are introducing new mining missions, so mining should become more interesting. The User Interface isn't that complicated - it just seems so when you start. You definately would not like Eve to be simplified! This game is to be savoured in the long-term. It's wonderful to explore new aspects every year (and build on what you've already got). |

During 2008, CCP will introduce a new supercomputer. I imagine a lot depends on how good it will be. Judging by Fanfest, "walking in stations", is the focus at the moment. Atmospheric flight sounds good, but I think ambulation is better because I spend much time docked, and it would be great to be able to sit down and talk to people. I'd like to have a drink with Sirmolle and Curzon Dax! |

How has WoW changed over the last year?

I last played WoW a year ago. Since then, has it changed? What I liked the most was raiding or doing instances with a guild. Has this changed in any way? What I liked he least was solo PvE at the higher levels. Has this changed at all? |

Yes, it is funny, unfortunately. |

Caldari Achura Monks have the best perception and intelligence for skilling combat PvP skills. Then skill up in either Minmatar or Gallente ships. This advice is 'generally speaking'.
This was my plan, but then I found I prefered covert operations - so I should have picked another race!! |

Here is CCP and GoonSwarm's opinion on titans. This was filmed during the 2006 Eve Fanfest, and it might help you to put the ship into perspective. The guy asking the question is in GoonFleet - the corporation in Eve with the largest membership: |

If so, I'm not the best person to update you - members of Eve University are best placed to do that using the in-game channel you mentioned. You see, Eve University and The Graduates are sister corporations but we are in seperate alliances. This is because The Graduates are based in risky 0.0 space, where wars are fought between powerful alliances. Therefore, we must have good diplomatic relationships with our neighbours and ideological allies in 0.0 (fellow members of alliance Brutally Clever Empire). However, Eve University lives in high-sec space, has lots of novices, and would not want to be drawn into our wars. This divide is for diplomatic purposes. Nevertheless, there is a strong relationship between Eve University and The Graduates. The Graduates are currently involved in a war against Exquisite Malevolence. If you want to know when this ends, I would be happy to let you know. |

I'm rather busy these days in 0.0. However, for the very best help first do the in-game tutorial. Then join a good player corporation, such as Eve University. Eve University specialises in helping new players. The game gets interesting when you join a player corporation because the best aspects of Eve come from interacting with the player-created situations, such as war declarations etc. Asking the members in your new corp questions is one way to get to know people. Once you have learned something at Eve University, you could stay there if you like it, or find another corp altogether (they don't mind this at all), or you could join The Graduates, which is Eve University's sister corporation in 0.0 (of which I am a new member!). Fly safe! |

Once you've spent a little time in Eve University or you have over 5-million skill points, you could join The Graduates. The Graduates are the sister corporation of Eve University. We operate in 0.0 space and currently have 290 members. We exist for those who wish to further their education, because it takes more experience to live in the riskiest parts of space (for which there are higher rewards).
What are the advantages of joining "The Graduates"? |

It is a very interesting report. The graph showing numbers of players against skill points was particularly good. I have 15 million skill points - much better than most, to my surprise! I wonder how I will compare when ambulation comes out!!!!! Can't wait!!! |
