Actually i would have to say after watching a mate play a Sim set up for pure roleplay (which was fighting e.t.c not some porn sim) it was probably the most amount of RP'ing i have seen in a game to date as much as i don't like this game it can be a MMO so long as you are on the right SIM but for the most part it is a virtual Chat channel.

The real problem here is that the game is a success in many ways and most of those that deny this just cant accept that the game they believed would not make it has done every bit aswell that most of us that do like it have predicted.

LoTRO = Success

LoTRO does not = the best MMO on the market

LoTRO does not = the No.1 MMO around

LoTRO does not = a perfect game but it is pretty bloody close to it IMO.

I hear exactly where you are coming from tebian but unfortunately this is a very common thing throughout MMO's some games take longer than others as they have bigger issues to resolve or just take that little more care not to put the servers back up with bugs still persisting. 

What you should do is find an alternative game to play when the servers are down that day so you can still feed ya MMO cravings, i have several games i go between and it helps a lot especially for situations like this.

The game has not started CB yet but hopefully it will soon, for a F2P game it does look ok  hopefully soon we can try it out.

Been struggling to find a game to keep me interested longer than a few hours so looks like i might try a new server to meet some new ppl see ya'a in game guys and gals LoTRO lives on .

Lag for me is all but gone, the first day was a disaster but now ppl have spread out it is good not a bad game actually very much like WoW only free and a little grindy but nonetheless a good alternative.

I agree with your post and it is true that ppl are spoilt and it clearly shows with not Just AoC but every other new MMO to come i mean the games dont even have to be out and ppl are already sulking like a bunch of kids who did not get there cabbage patch doll for Christmas . People will put the Argument in that "well they know what they have to do to get things right why don't they do it" people tend to forget how much some of these games cost to make, people tend to forget they are playing a PC game and not a Console so unfortunately you will need to upgrade when new games come out it has been like this for years i know i have been doing it for quite some time now and probably was doing it way before playing MMO's.

A game for me is what me and my guild/team mates make of it we make it a journey, we have fun, we make stories that will be told in years to come even if the game has died off,why is it that people want to race to the top? cant they see what every 1 else thinks of them when they come  here bragging about it? why would you want to label yourself as an UBER GEEK?

The Problem with most of today's MMO gamers is that they do not truly understand what the meaning of MMORPG  means in all essence it is an RPG which is made for a Massive multiplayer fanbase and i know a lot of develpoers have got this idea wrong as well but tell me how many out there had played  D&D in it's orignal form?How many ppl out there have truly experienced an adventure? i would guess not a great deal i would say a lot have but there would probably be a lot more that ave not and this is where the Trouble lies.

People dont understand the Genre, they dont know what it is the be on  journey they dont know how to Role play, and dont give me this well i dont want to Role play take a good look at what you are playing M M O Role Playing Game, when people start to learn that creating a toon is meant to be a little bit more than just rolling something to race through a game then brag about it then they have something to learn imo.

Ok i would say there is your problem, well your main problem anyway. I could be wrong as im not tech guru but

1. there is not enough mem in the Video card

2. it is on board.

the rest i think should run but your video card  is holding you back.

ATI Radeon Xpress X1200 is hardly apt for gamers. Only old games like Quake 3 Arena can be played in 1024x768 with high/medium details fluently. Even Warcraft 3 runs fluently with minimum details. Current, damanding games like FEAR, Doom3 and Quake 4 can hardly be played (e.g. 2 frames per second in battle scenes in Quake 4). Some strategy games like Age of Empires 3 can only be played with minimal details (20-25 fps, tested with a FSC Amilo Pa 2510).

The graphic chip supports Windows Vista Aero surface and all 3D effects run fluently. Due to HyperMemory Aero is supported with high resolutions (tested with 1280x800 + 1920x1200).

Tecnically the chip has 4 pixel-pipelines and a texture unit (with 2 vertex shaders).

goto start button and in the search button down the bottom type dxdiag and hit enter this will tell you your system specs and then if you hit on the display tab within that screen it will tell you your Vid card and Vid mem e.t.c.

Can you post your system specs so we can have a look, i would not believe the Sys specs on the box they are not exactly accurate hopefully we can resolve the issue for you.

I have a 6 button mouse that i set my 2 side buttons up as forward and back movement and it works a treat  or the other option would be that if you can set or use the numbers 1,2,3 on your number pad, i never tried it as i never had much trouble doing what you are asking the way that it is already set up.Surely there is a way you can map your keys out.
