Psst if it's lucasarts it won't be Star Wars thats a boring idea anyways. Now and Indiana Jones game, that would be a blast. Hundreds clog hidden castles and caves!

Does this game require large time sinks and constant grouping? I'd like to try it after all the recent updates but I don't have enough time to play anything other than casually. Thanks for any help, enjoy your game in the meantime!

Greenskin Shaman all the way! Then a chaos Marauder followed by a dwarf engineer. Those are my 3 decided characters I will try out though the introduction of the final elves may change that.

I'll miss this game. I would have loved you Gods and Heroes!

Roman mythology is a weak concept for a game? I can't understand that. And the game wasn't half bad, not finished yes, but fun. Oh well life goes on

I love hearing the excuse that the reviewers have only played World of Warcraft and so cannot review the game correctly. I'm sure thats the case for IGN, Gamespy, PC Gamer, etc., where it got terrible reviews. Makes sense

thanks for the help will do

Ah ok that makes sense I still would have liked to try it but oh well it sounds reasonable that it was shut down

I'm very interested in shut down games and was just wondering why? Why did it close down instead of AC 1? It closed right about the time I got into MMO's so I feel in the dark and like I've missed something wonderful.

I'm wondering if there is a high res patch of some kind for this game? I realize I downloaded the normal game way back in open beta and now I can play a prettier version! Thanks for any help I just would rather not re-download it to have a chiller trial.

I'd cast my vote for Guild Wars... At level 20 its all about skill based arenas

I always liked Dungeons and Dragons online. A lot of people complained about it but it did have one amazingly good feature: very well done group content.

I refuse to play "free to play" item mall games. A game where I have to pay for every item to compete in the game is ridiculous. I'd rather pay 15$ and be on the level with everyone instead paying for every little thing. These aren't real free games, Guild Wars is the only one that can actually brag that

I'm wondering if there is a least loved class. The one that's always absent at the picnics and such.  Just wondering since I'm about to enter my registration key and have always liked the under loved classes. Thanks

I've been trying to beat old console and computer games that I gave up for World of Warcraft of some other nonsense at the time. Just recently canceled my money draining Warcraft (been in the level 50's since June 06') account and decided to be patient and wait for polish ultra-casual MMO's to come to me instead of reading about them or just playing trials. Might trial City of Hero's or Lords of the Rings, eh who knows it's all good currently.

I played the trial for everquest 2 really didn't like the art style. Maybe it's just the kid in me who hates realism and yearns for cartoon violence (thanks Warcraft and Warhammer) To each his own, a simple concern where the entire game I look at I guess..

I don't enjoy endgame World of Warcraft and haven't played in a while, I bought the burning crusade and never even went to the new continent. And yet my money continues to let slip into blizzards fingers each month. Why? I honestly don't know, I never really expect them to give reward solo or not so time content for endgame. Now to my account management page! I end this!

I think the instance in question in LoTRo is just like one of the endgame instances in WoW: takes a long time but isn't really nessesary to the overall game. I think both WoW+EQ2 are semi-casual at higher levels but I don't think LoTRo is quite like that at least I don't get the impression. Oh the thing with DDO is that I hear people complaining about not being able to find groups easily and such. There was a recent server merge so that may be different now. Also Guild Wars' instances don't take to long and if you stop playing for a bit is rather nice that you won't keep getting charged. Good luck, I'd guess that LoTRo, CoH/V, and Guildwars are your best bets.

Cool thanks for the help I look forward to seeing any people from here online

Hello, I was just wondering what if any servers had good communities. I played a trial key and so have one or two low characters but can always switch. Thanks for any help, I'm hoping to pick this up on Monday!
