I too want much more. Unfortunately I think they are showing it behind closed doors and I think the gaming site and magazines have to keep a lid on it until next week.

I do hope more things will slip through the cracks though.

 

One thing he did mention was that players were struggling over a ressource called anima in the hollow of the earth. And at least now we know not to expect a release (unfortunately) before end of 2010 or 2011. At least it sounded like it was way off.

Between Beckett's MMOG mag, PC gamer, and everything else I read I don't remember. But it was not here, it was an article I am sure.

I dont know why the release would be in 2012, when the game is entering beta this year... the 2012 date i think is a date you get by doing something to the numbers on the main site... i think you miss read something. There is no way this game is releasing 3 years form now!

Actually as i understand there will be a gameplay footage shown at PAX. Ragnar is talking about it for a month now. Plus there will, of course, be a massive load of new info. As i said... cant wait for tommorow.

Oh i see im the first Illuminati :) btw this is hands down the best beta invitation program ever! I love the little things in it, like the concept art and background lore, plus the lore of the factions at the end is excellently written!  Cant wait for tommorow!

I realized this a long time ago but I think I was predesposed to this attitude to begin with more than most people.  But that's why I couldn't make it to max level in WoW at all.  I just don't give a damn about what level I am or how much e-peen my kewl lewt gives me or what nifty title I could get.  I don't care about that stuff and I'm not so deluded as to believe that anyone else playing a game is going to be impressed by any of it.  So if I'm not having fun none of that progression stuff is going to keep me hooked.

It took me 5 mmos to realize, level grinding is not fun... anymore. Maybe at first. Not anymore. Mortal Online please come.

Exactly the same here. Mortal Online is the game im waiting for and hoping it doesnt dissapoint. But, if i had to choose an mmo that "didnt bored me the second i logged in", than it is LOTRO. 

Im sad that i didnt play SWG back in the day...

 Bummer. Considering this isnt a release date but a way into beta, im not mad at all.
