well..its almost dead now..so sad..was one of the funnest game's i'de ever played

i'm intrested in the game but judging by the graphics(no offense the graphics don;t bother me at all) I'de guess its a really old game and the population is dead by now

runescape is a scam to get you to pay,they say you don't need to download it but what do you think you're doing everytime you load the game? java runs it for you but your pc adds it to registry everytime you load it..you're downloading,illutia takes up less than a mega-byte of space and can play on pcs way cheaper than onse used to play runescape and the only reason they have donation is because they want to keep the game free and let the members experience all of the content of the game,and all of the donators seem pretty satisfied with their rewards.runescape lets you play for free then you get your friends to play because there is "no download" then eventually some of you are paying and telling about your members items..getting others to pay and most people who play runescape have never played a REAL mmorpg otherwise they wouldn't mind downloading a real game

forgot to mention no buddy lists but you can make guilds,dont let that ruin the game for u

i like it, the holiday events are fun,there are plenty of quests(but no quest list;you have to find and talk to the NPC who gives the quest),kool weapons and armors,max lvl 50,tradeskills include:blacksmithing,leathercrafting,alchemy,

tailoring,cooking...and i think maybe more but i dont remember,kool costumes(you can turn into a giant ghost),mounts include:a rolling jack o' lantern,a cow,a rihno,and more but those are the only ones i know for sure,you can donate for wings and pets n stuff...kool weaps and costumes..that kinda stuff,bunch of hairstyles and faces(you enter the command /ch or /cf to change them at any time in the game),you need hair dye to change hair color,graphics arent as bad as they seem in the screen shots; they really arrent that bad,boss monsters to drop kool items,dungeons,more maps than there used to be;really,Classes include:swordsman,knave,mystic,priest,and bard

bard can turn into some different animals..they are kind of a mixture of all classes

anyway this game was and still is fun for me,i recommend it

Mine does almost the same thing..i have the game&game account too but when i click join it says i don't  have a game&game account....it's a load of $#lt

i want to be a samurai but im a noob...this is the first time ive logged into the game,can someone tell me how?

i used to like this game and the fighting was awsome,but there was nothing to do(in my opinion anyway,it just depends on what you like to do)....it was great as a high actions mmorpg game BUT....i just got bored after a few years,which is normal.

anyway only a true noob would call a newbie a noob....

great game but...anybody know when closed beta ends? i like it and want to lvl up but...just thinking about how my character will be deleted when testing's over makes me not so determined
