Dead Island 2 is currently the only new game worth getting right now, but try and be patient like the rest of us waiting on sweet sweet november.

Saints Row 3rd (if you dont have it, get saints row 2. i have it on the ps3 and i play it all the time. it doesnt take itself seriously which allows it to be fun and gives it super high replay value. after that, you'll be good ready for the even better saints row 3)

Thats pretty much it actually. I'll prolly get twisted metal and that new resident evil game and eventually dead island. But dead island is definatly not a near release purchase. Skyrim and Saints Row and GTA and a few other titles are, but not many are. Dont get me wrong, i'm sure dead island will be a lot of fun but not 60 dollar fun.

Your post confuses the hell out of me.  If hes considering it for PC then what in there tells you about his PC specs?  Also how is Dead Island 2 the only new game worth getting right now?  Dead island 1 just came out.

Fun content throughout, and not just a 1+month crapfest to get to endgame and finally start having fun.

I can't think of a game that even has a learning curve, besides eve.

You can literally fall into any game these days and just play.

It's like freshmen getting bullied, and them bullying the freshmen when they're seniors.

I got 28 hours out of it. More if more friends buy it.

It's $33 on greenmangaming, by the way.

I'm very lax on requirements at this point. As long as it's free or has a trial at least 1 week long.

There are hundreds of thousands of people not playing maplestory because of the disgusting nature of the company behind it. If someone good comes along and makes a quality 2d sidescroller, it will be massive.

Solo with optional-grouping is the best option.

Why aren't games requiring us to register with our social # like they do in Korea? Foreign gold farmers would likely stay away, as the price of a list of legitimate social security numbers likely outweighs whatever they could make off a game. Most hackers/exploiters would refrain from cheating or won't even bother playing a game because they only get one chance. You also avoid the general fuckery that comes with people abusing multiple accounts for events and such.

Personally I think ROM is one of the better in Free to Play.  Primarily a quest grinder, very solid client, plenty of features including crafting and even player housing (apartment style).

 

Possibly the only negative I see is that it really needs a fairly fast computer / video to play.  In high population areas or in town I have problems that graphics slow down.  Setting view distance down helps a lot but then you can't see very much .

Don't forget the fact that it's entirely P2W. Pay $200 to frogster or $20 to the gold sellers for 1 set of gear.
