My first was Asherons call many moons ago..but I only played for a month.  The first one that I actually played a bit was Knight Online in its Malaysian beta I think.  Was when the game first came out ever anywhere.

I am a recent father...well, going on 8 months now but I have found EVE online as the most casual to play.

Sounds like an ID10T error.  I would disable your antivirus and right click "run as administrator".  Should take care of the problem.

The biggest problem with this game was/ is the performance.  It is coded horrible,  very poor frame rates no matter what rig you have. 

Best crafters with combat are Everquest 2, SWG, and Eve Online has its own genre of crafting.

Its way too funny that every time there is a news article posted about SWG, every goon that is still ticked off about NGE has to piss on the game. Truth is, this is still a very good game with tons to do.  It is better than 95% of the crap games posted on this site.   Deal with it. Truth hurts!

3. Player run economy

4.  Character Customization

5.  RVR/PVP

6. multiclassing

7. More than 4 classes.

8. Decent graphics.

9. Large amount of weapons and armor or clothing.

8.  Crafting

9.  Lots of pickups that are meaningful

10. Housing

11.  Side jobs , ex. fishing, cooking, foraging, mining.

12.  Good spell or skill effects.

13.  Lots of skills or spells.

14. Good questing and story line.

NOTE: My last two games were Eve online and SWG.

I will probably get a temp ban for this but that is the most retarded thing I have ever seen on these forums.  I am pissed off that I had to read a dumb statement such as that one.  

What irritates me more is how people have dedicated their lives to hating Star Wars Galaxies and posting on the internet how they are still ticked off about NGE.  Get a life eh?

I bought my xbox360 for 2 reasons.  One is the obvious.....fighting games.  These are non-existant on pc so I need a console for that.  The other thing is Halo3.  I  can't play it on PC.  Now, my pc has advantages over my console.  I can upgrade the shit out of my pc.  I can not do so with my xbox360.  FPS are dominate on PC..nuff said.   MMORPGs are dominate on PC.  The only ones on console are piles of crap..horrendous.    Each has its advantages but I certainly would not say I use one of the other. 

Game was in development forever.  They had to push release.   Blame it on slow development.  This is a game that will be good over time.  I will wait until then. 

Out of all the games I have played. This once was uninstalled the fastest.
