This situation has been resolved with the help of the users of this forum and not funcom.

It was a minor issue in the games subscription that didn't allow me o play.

But now its all good. I am playing the game now.

I registered the retail key ont the account website. It was all good It said it gave me access to the European servers and gave 30 days free.

I even changed my in game password after getting this error.Authentication Failure Error :Attention passwords are case sensitive

Been like this for 2 days. I bought the game and cant play it.

I'm typing the password correctly and already gave my credit card info. Still nothing.

I'm pissed of and I'm gonna bump this thread everyday until my situation is resolved.

Hope they aren't counting my 30 days free yet that would be even worse.

UNBELIEVABLE I just got the game and patched it and this happens. Contacted support but nothing. AWFUL experience.

Read allot of good things but also allot of bad ones in this forum(they cant all be lies or bullshit).

The official Technical Issues and Solutions forum for the game has about 62.000 posts.

They are smart in not allowing buddy keys to work and not giving trial now.

I hope the game runs smooth when the trials are out.Until then I'm gonna eagerly await.

Keep polishing the game Funcom I'm sure it will be fine in a month.

Could someone inform me if I have to worry about getting a version of the game that gives a serial for the European serves? Or all keys work anywhere?

Does it mention on your game that the game the key is for Euro or US players?

Come on...Some one help me out. I don't want to buy the game and find out the key isn't valid because I needed and European key instead of a US one.

I ask this because when I ordered LOTR I had to order the boxed game that gave me the European Key.

Should I worry about a US or EURO version of this game when ordering it on Ebay? Does the key on your game mention US or Euro version? Or it doesn't mention anything?

So...I read in the official website that you will be able to fight on horseback and you can use a spear to do Extra damage. But i haven't had the luck to see any video with someone fighting on horseback. Please someone post a link to a video with horseback fighting here. Thanks. Cant wait to play the game.
