Sure, It doesn't matter what other people say, as we all know how good reviews Conan did get. Still I managed only to stay about 20 levels in that game before I left. This time I will not belive any hype. Maybe time and reality has caught up with MMO-games. They aren't better then this? There will be long threads about how much this game failed to deliver when it comes out, I'm sure, no matter how good "you" think it is.

Good bad good bad and so on...

I'll be back in this game later on, most games tend to be better after some updates. It has potential.

Threads like this will be created for every coming MMO, they all have their haters and lovers and I am getting tired of it.

Have anyone heard any rumors of what's gonna be in Issue 13 and when it's coming? This is all I've seen so far...

How's the "fights" in this game nowadays? I was in the Beta but can't hardly remember much of it. I know I had a bloodmage or something like that who made strange noises and killed goblins with red blasts...

Is there much armors and clothings to choose from today? I remember that there weren't much back then, at least not for my character.

Helmets and hats couldn't even be seen on your character, that's fixed now right?

Still no visible cloaks in the latest update? Were there any character creation/look updates at all?

Well it was a while ago so I'm far from sure that my description is accurate. But I remembered that I wasn't really satisfied with the combat. But as the game now tempts me (again) I just wanna research a bit first. Maybe I'll  test a trial if I can find one, although I have a character somewhere above level 30 that I want to use later on if I get back into the game.

How is the population this days? (Iplayed on the european RP-server) Has there been any modification to the character creation part? I remembered that there were many toons looking the same and there weren't that many things to choose from when you created him.

I canceled my Lotro account a while ago, I liked the game but it had one problem (for me) The fights was a bit off, it had no feeling to it. Don't know if you know what I mean. I played a champion and the attacks made strange sounds and there were all matters of flashing colors and stuff. Didn't feel like the characters "connected" with the enemy. So my question is... Has there been any change to this lately? Is it possible to change the way battles look in the options maybe? What do you think about it?

Is it possible nowadays to transfer influence from one character to another on the same server. I mean from one of your own characters to an alt?

At what level can I start to run those missions?

I was reading through the updates for Issue 12 and saw this...

Character Origin Missions (Hero and Villain)

Where did Origins come from? How are they connected? How long have they existed?

..What does this mean in the game? are there any new Missions built around this or what's it about?

I'm not an american and I canceled my account some days ago. Pity Cause I love Conan, the books and setting that is. The game needs more time, alot more.

I think the game is good enough, but the thing is that I can't seem to stick to a MMO for very long nowadays. The questing thing gets old and repetetive fast, in this game and in most others I've tried. I managed to get to level 20 cause I had that as a goal - to leave the starting area. But when I did, I just couldn't go on anymore. What I like most in this game is the fights.

Also I am a huge fan of Conan, the novels, the world and so on (not the movies) so there are some issues with the magic and such that's in the game, it doesn't seem right to the background. But all in all it's a good game, for a MMO that is.

The best MMO is always yet to come. People have great expectations when it comes to new launches then reality catches up with them. Thing is that MMO aren't that good games at all when you compare to other "real" games - when it comes to combat, graphics, stories and so on. But still those things maybe not count much for you but it always dissapoints someone in one way or another.

I am pretty pleased with AOC as I compare it to recent MMO's I've played (Hellgate, Tabula Rasa, Gods amd heroes beta and Wow) But it's way behind the non-mmo's I've recently been playing (tools of destruction, gears of war, crysis etc)

* If you manage to unlock an Epic Archtype, you do start at level 1 ?

* Do you open new storyarcs with the new Archtype or is the same ones all over again?
