I Voted Global Agenda by far the best MMOFPS i have played that has kept my interest.

I love the Merc missions never know what going to happen been playing since march.

I have always been the one to take the road less traveled.

I would do what makes you happy and then tell your friends how much fun your haveing with this game and keep the bragging up your game and maybe they will join you.

Hey and do you guys remember when an 8 G hard drive was....HUGE?!  I was so proud of my 8 G hard drive!  That was one bad ass machine.  I could put several adventure games on it at ONE TIME....like Grim Fandango and Pandora Directive even!  Oh....and the whole Gabriel Knight series! 

 

Wait a minute....I don't think I put them ON the hard drive....I think I had to run those from discs....and each game had like 10 discs or some shit.....

Wasn't much into that but i did have a TI994A computer... I remember imputing this long ass string of code to make a little guy appear on our screen and his arms and legs moved and i thought that was awsome

I have been back from time to time just to realize i didn't want to be there with me being a Master Arctitect and everything i use to sell doesn't sell anymore i will just stay away. And have fond memories of years gone bye.

Eve is the best sandbox available.

You might wanna try The Chronicles of Spellborn or DDO there in the fantasy genre.

A world without WOW would be a better world.

I put in a vote for STO i am currently playing it and am having a ball i won't comment on DF or MO since i haven't played either both those games have never interested me even a little bit.

Man that is exactly my point what you see are objects and Mobs and what i see are Klingons and computer consoles and species 8472 i see birds of preys and raptors and i see my away team completing missions for the good of the galaxey.

It is clear this game is not for you but your summary is flawed. Just beacuse you don't see the content doesn't mean it isn't there.

I see it as do thousands of others.

I know its a long shot but hell we have a Black President i guess anything is possible.

Its clear to me you didn't play the game just leveled in it, cause if you actually took the time to play you would be saying that .

There are people who play games and then there's those who just level in games i think you are the leveler.

I love how the same people come on here and say the same thing about every MMO out there and 9 times out of 10 they are wrong.

STO has some good features and i personally found it fun.

STO is more polished than AOC and Warhammer were when they came out and has tons of content on the federation side the Klingon side is lacking but more will be added within the first few months.

All in all its a good game that will be around for years.

I have been looking at this game for a bit now. Just don't know if it would be my cup of Tea. I guess i will have to breakdown and try it out and see if it really will be a game i could enjoy like Eve has been for so many years now.

WOW found a way to make a MMO very very easy, so easy infact a 5 year old can play it to max lvl (my freind son plays it and yes he is 5)

WOW = Everquest made easy or as i like to call it the Everquest clone.

And the only reason WOW wins awards is because of it popularity just like Everquest did back in the day.

Is wow a game for everyone? No some people like to use there brains, and not for just a Hat rack.

There are some of us that actually read the quests and look at the scenery and check out the rifts ect...

I feel that lvling in a mmo is about the Journey not who can get to max lvl fastest.

Maybe if more people stopped and smelled the roses once in awhile they would find that Aion is actually quite a nice place.

I have 180hrs of play and i am 31 i have one alt which i don't really care for in the early teen.

I enjoy takening my time exploreing all the content i can as i lvl

In my humble Opinion this is how the awards should go:

Most Improved has to be LOTRO

Best New game has to be AION

Best FTP gane hast to be ATLANTICA

Most Anticipated has to be STO

and 2009 game of the year has to be EVE

There all winners just to be here i was just disappointed Chronicles of Spellborn was snubbed i thought that would get a nod in the new game area.
