Just to reply about people sometimes not realizing they might have had heart attacks before with symptoms like chest pain and excessive breath. There are also cases where this happens in panic attacks and people go to the hospital thinking they are having a real one (it happened to me) as some of the symptoms are "shared" with the real thing, but in these cases people are "fine" and not having a heart attack. Just letting my testimony for people that are slightly hypochondriac;).
As for the topic itself not much to add, but I expect if someone is willing to go 72 hours full gaming without sleep, stuff like this can happen. I guess if fhe perosn was not so lonely peraphs someone would have already stopped him or tried to. The story is very sad but diablo and gaming overall is not responsible for this. |

Hey Kehdar I do not know if you are aware of this but in the options look for lighting enrichment and set it to 1 to get rid of the AA from U3. You will still be able to maintain the bloom and so on but it gets rid of the AA.

I just replied to a similar thread on the eu forums so I will just quote myself: Actually I grew up playing street fighter 2 and among many others diablo/mobas all these share the animation lock. And because people seem to deslike comparing dif genres why not mention diablo, was it not one of the first "action rpgs" if not the first? So my theory goes like this: maybe some of the people that do not like this combat or discard it did not grow playing some of these games and only know the walk and press skill mode. And for the 2d vs 3d argument, I have also played virtua fighter and alot, but more people know tekken which is the same for arguments sake. The skilled part of this combat comes when choosing wisely and which next skill you will use, how you will use it an also the aim part, real positioning and dodge reflexes. If you do a mistake prepare to face the consequences, like losing balance in a sword fight etc. A boxer that goes "super power attack" might fail the attack and get punished just after whereas a kung fu poke punch is easier to land, leaves you less exposed and does less damage, but if the boxer does land the punch it is game over. I was a quake 2 hardcore player at some point so i know how fps combat works, but I can still recognize 2 different systems that take skill in their own way, tera combat will become faster and faster with attack speed gear later game and that should make it even more interesting. If you are still unwilling to try it out and adapt to this system then it is not for you, but it does work and it can be fun and a challenge. |

I will play both games and I do agree Tera looks better than GW2, however gw2 looks is more than ok for me. |

I guess you are right but it depends on how far they want to go in developing/readjusting. I think it might be something more similar with rift's though.
I have played games in the past with DE, they were just not called like that back then and maybe required a small patch etc, so they were at that point not as "flexible". In the end whatever it is, if it is interesting and fun, people will enjoy it even if it is not the most complex event(s) ever. |

As far as I am aware they are adding dynamic content to Tera in korea now, do not ask me how deep it is though, but I guess they want to expand the game in this area.

Yap I had read this class description before as well just did not know who posted it. Anyway I doubt weapon damage rating etc dictate anything, for one they are slower. Just look at aion's gladi, they have the strongest weapon damage (polearms) yet their dps is way below of a sin and even below a ranger that knows that they are doing (single target wise). |

I am thinking of playing the 2 and while I think I will enjoy gw2 I just can't be as hyped as much as most people around here, maybe that would change if/once I get one opportunity to test the game and find out. |

I have not played any character over 20 so I can only comment on what I have seen so far and in these videos slayer is 2.5 faster than a zerk, I doubt zerk dps will surpass slayer that much if at all, but my last judgment will be when I have the chance to check it out myself as I do not have the knowledge to know how much biased the video is:) Also yes zerk does have a higher weapon rating but also slower attack speed and ultimately dps is damage divided by time. |

I have said it before somewhere else, but until proven otherwise I am not going to believe so easily that x classes has stronger dps than y. Why? There are no damage meters and people tend to take notice of burst damage more easily and conclude some classes will do more damage based on their burst, if something, so far the dps videos I have seen from the koreans put slayer at 1st. I am sure zerkers do more damage per hit, but over time, not sure. As for me i do not see why zerkers or slayers should do more dps than the other as both have their trade offs and are dps classes. Warrior is more tricky though, eventought it might end up being my main having both tanking and dps is always hard to balance but I fear if they are sub par most people will not pick you even if you know yourself you can do a decent job. |

I do not care about elin and i will not play one but looking at some of these links it surprises me no one seems to notice how "deformed" they are? I can see why people would relate them to children but their hips/legs are as developed as a woman.. their heads are super big and their arms and legs so out of propotion compared to you normal kid...In the end it is just a fantasy game with non real characters in a fantasy world with a fantasy lore. |
