Yeah and I agree, and that goes for Iraqi people too. Her son is going there for that mission from god.
Mcain, more of the same.....  The Moronarchy shall continue I fear..... hooray for democracy.... *cough cough*

And when hes killed there she better tell the public it was his mission from God to die. Or else shes a hypocrit.

Here is the actual quote:

"“Pray for our military men and women who are striving to do what is right. Also for this country, that our leaders, our national leaders are sending them out on a task that is from God. That’s what we have to make sure that we’re praying for, that there is a plan and that that plan is God’s plan.”"

So she says: Pray they are doing a task that is from God. IE: Pray we are doing the right thing.

At least that's how I take it when i read it.

Nope your understanding of it is not correct. She says it is a task from god. Look up the word task, the definition means, a definite piece of work assigned to, falling to, or expected of a person; duty.

So you can't pray your doing the right thing and expect the prayer to be the task from God. That makes no sense. Anyway she sounds like one of those religious fanatics. Her idea sounds like a Jihad to me.

This women is so far off her religious rocker it isn't even funny. I hate to say this but if someone ever became a President that involves beliefs like this or this religous factor involved they would be up for many attempts of an assasination. Religion and Politics need to remain seperate, people like me do not want any fundalmentalist ideals of religion being the concept of their decision making.

She needs to GTFO of politics altogether. She has no experience and lacks any knowledge of our worlds foriegn affairs. I smite Mccain for even chosing her, it shows what a work of crap he is. Picking someone to run as your VP who lacks every skill required to make our country safe and desirable is a big no no, especially how messed up we are now.

I just love how people that are looking for a reason to hate her love to twist reality

how do you support a candidate, knowing he will lose?

cmon man, its in the cards. there is no way a liberal who has a shady past with dealings with rev. wright, bill ayers and that community leader guy...forgot his name, but he wrote a book naming it after lucifer.

do you think america will accept a candidate as devious and dubious as barrack hussein obama?

lol

Well that's what I'm saying, this is the perfect opportunity for the american people.

The americans said no to hosting the big scientific thingy going on at CERN these days ( and now drooling over all the scientists leaving to switzerland/france for some 10-20 years into the future) where they are recreating they're little big bang (with god knows what for god knows who).

But hey, with McCain, you can make one too!!!  (a BIG bang that is  )

If I'm going for a big bang I'm going to skip mccain and go for palin  ;)

But she still grand slammed the answer without having to correct his poor quality job.  (His producer should be fired though)

She never said anything of the sort.  And the quote they use is 1/2 of a complete sentence that makes her intent and tone of the paragraph completely 100% different than what AP...AND charlie gibson made it sound like

No, no bias at all.

The media bias is almost too much to handle nowadays. I have never seen so much furor over a nominee's VP pick. In order to force a negative spin on things, a lion's share of the news media (Fox News is probably the only exception) in this country, along with the Obama campaign, have decided to pound on Palin as if she were running for the Presidency. Not that I can complain, though. Obama is going completely off message by wasting his time on Palin, and if things continue the way they are right now, then we might see McCain winning the general in November. I guess Obama would rather go after the easier target, even though (the last time I checked) we vote for the President of the United States on that ballot. To put things simply, extensively vetting and attacking Palin won't get Obama too damn far while he's saddled with his campaign for "change" and "hope" - playing "politics as usual" certainly doesn't seem like a change to me. The reason I bring these things up is because Gibson's first question posed to Palin was: "Do you feel qualified enough to be President of the United States?" What a ridiculous question, and to think I actually believed she was the VP candidate...

By the way, I laughed my ass off last night while watching the CNN presidential "forum" at Columbia University. I can see why many think that the media treats Obama with kid gloves. It was hilarious to see the commentators direct him towards more specific answers when he couldn't even correctly and aptly respond to the questions given to him. It's no wonder Obama refused to go on a countrywide town-hall debate tour with McCain - I would do the same thing if my locution (without a prepared speech) was equivalent to that of a 10 year-old's.

That is a funny questions like she is really going to say "no, I'm not qualified to do crap, don't vote for me!"  What campaining politician is going to say they are not qualified or that someone else might be more qualified than them?

(Biden starts jumping up and down waving his arms)  Oh, this is going to be a long two months...

Yes, because a candidiate that can't say his name without saying "change" 20 times picking the poster bot for same old, same old that undermines a bunch of the policies he's running on is a wonderful choice.

McCain, who actually has a track record of doing things different than usual Washington politics went off the board with someone that has history fighting corruption within their party.  picking someone that is exactly what we need, what a stupid idea!

Biden was one of the worse choices Obama could have made for VP.  This does shows serious flaws in his judgement.  Not fatal but certainly flaws.  This is tough to handle.  Obama could dump his and admit it was a mistake.  A person that make a mistake but then tries to fix it is certainly better than someone who makes it and refuses to admit it's wrong.  It will lose him votes, but nothing he can't make back by the actual election.

Or he can stand by Biden which again is not good but not bad.  It might lose votes, but there are plenty of Obama supports that don't care what decisions or policies he makes and there will be ones that like that he stands by his convictions.

I say he should say that Biden saying what he did was the republicans being racist.  why not, hasn't hurt him before.

Russia has nothing to worry about from us.

Apparently you forget history because the Soviet union ran into the same problem in afganistan back in the day.

What Palin was suggesting is exactly what we should be doing.  Russia is not the power it used to be and it's not going to want to go to war with the US and possibly other countries.  They are counting on no one wanting to oppose them and until someone does they will not stop at Georgia.

There is no need to worry about nuclear weapons because the US has more than Russia will ever have.  Russia is not the power they were in the soviet union day but if everyone sits around singing kumbaya and hoping they decide to stop on their own they are going to try and build  it back again.  That's what happened the first time and that's what will happen again if we let it.

I challenge anyone to stop watching mainstream news for several months and see what happens. I feel like I have my mind back. Mainstream news is mind control at its best both subliminally and overt.

My grandfather comes from a conservative evangelical background and he's voting for Obama because he reminds him of Kennedy!!! My mom actually believes the 9/11 tapes but now likes McCain because of this Palin ho-bag pulling on her religious and pro-life heart strings. As if anything will change! You watch the news every night you're just asking to be polymorphed.

after reading your post if they took your mind away from you they obviously broke it.  I would send it for repairs before t\aking it back.

I have no intention of arguing, debating, smearing, or defending any political position today. I just wish to say that my heart goes out to anyone who lost loved ones in the attacks, as well as the families who lost loved ones in the aftermath.

I remember how the whole country was united on that solemn day seven years ago. I often wonder if we will ever see that type of unity again. When I stop and think how it takes the worst of times and most devastating blows to bring us together as a nation, I wish the nation itself were enough.

My sincere condolences to the families of the children, women, and men lost on September 11th, 2001.

You know an event had a major effect when dailybuzz starts to actually make sense.  Definately a day to take off from the nonsense and just be americans.  It's a shame but I don't see the type of unity happening again any time soon and too many on both side simply just have no desire of making it happen.

except for in Alaska where it is 100% legal and done by everyone in her position.  Virtual government is set up for this in Alaska and she has charged way less that her predecessor did.  Nothing crooked going on here no matter how much you try to twist reality

If you research this you would find that alaska can have "virtual government" due to the amount of travel required in the state.  These charge are built into that and she took way less than her predessesor did.  Eveything here is legal and legit, please go find something else to blow out of proportion.

He did it because it's all the republicans care about. "Drill, Baby, Drill!" Remember? They are still chanting it. "Drill, Baby, Drill!". At every McCain/Palin rally it's "Drill, Baby, Drill!".

Why not, I want to drill Palin too!

I just read this on another site and almost fell out of my chair laughing

A few days ago, I was talking to this little girl named Sarah. She is the daughter of a VERY liberal married couple that I know. Anyhow, Sarah expressed her desire to be President of the United States someday. Both of her parents were standing there with me when I decided to ask, "If you become President, what is the first thing you will do?" Sarah replied, "I would give houses to all the homeless people" Her parents beamed! It seemed that this little girl would be a great addition to the Democrat Party.

"Wow! What a worthy goal you have there, Sarah," I told her. "But, you know, why wait until you're President? You should start working toward your dream right now!"

A confused/worried look began to form on her parent's faces.

"Now Sarah, as you know, I have 3 dogs. I would like for you to stop by my house later on, and clean up all the doggie poop in my backyard. For all of your hard work, I will pay you $5. Then, we can drive over to the grocery store where that nice homeless man hangs out, and you can give him your five dollars to help him buy a new home! Wouldn't that be great?"

Sarah (who is about 5 years old) thought it over for a second, while her mom seethingly glared at me. Sarah eventually replied, "Why doesn't the homeless man come over and clean up the dog poop and THEN you can just pay HIM the 5 dollars?"

"Ahh...smart girl," I said. "Welcome to the Republican Party."

This isn't about abortion or same sex marriage but more extreme topics that people do not often talk about.

So I want to get peoples opinions on the folowing, how much would you be willing to allow?

Social

Drug legalization

Prostitution legalization

Polyamorous marriage (multiple men or women)

Incestial marriage (among adults of course)

Beastiality

Necrophilia (pre-mortem consent given)

Consentual cannibalism

Consentual death matches (for personal matters or entertainment)

Suicide (as is should we stop someone trying to kill themselves, assuming they were not going to hurt others in the process)

Economics

Gambiling

Taking a job for less than minimum wage

Not taking any health issurance (whether social or market based insurance)

It will be interesting to see what people pick.

drugs - legalize and tax the living hell out of them to lower taxes in other places

Prostitution - as long as it's regulated enough to keep minors out I say legalize it.  Consenting adults should be allowed to do this sort of thing if they want.

the two kind of marriages listed, well if it's between concenting adults why not?

beastiality - no way, no how

Necrophilia - no

Cannabalism - no

death matches - no

suicide - as long as they don't take other with them it's their choice

gambling - as long as it's controlled, yes

jobs for less than minimum wage - no

not taking health insurance - if someone doesn't want it then why force them?

The only people who'll see a tax increase are..... people who make over 600k!

Overall, under Obama's plan the actual overall tax cuts amount to 0.3%.  However, under his plan if you are making less than something like 80k then you'll get a BIGGER tax cut that under McCain's plan.  Oh but I bet you didn't know that?

Again, if you don't believe me, research and find out for yourself from Obama himself.

even if you are right I would much rather pay a tiny bit more income tax and not get ass-raped on things like investments since I don't want to get punished for trying to retire one day and for trying to be successful no matter how evil those things are.

Do you think this will run WAR well?

Also, I have a 512mb 8600 gt I could put into it.  Would I notice much of a difference with the 512mb 8600gt over the 256mb 8500?

If you planning on buying this I hope it's really cheap.

Phenom?  Average

the ram? garbage

The video card? bad for gaming, both of them.  The extra ram will definately help if you want to play at higher resolutions but anything under an 8800 series or it's amd equivalent isn't likely going to be powerful enough to matter.

I won't comment on there not being a hard drive since your likely choosing not to mention it, but it can have an effect as well.
