Blizzard remains a top notch gaming cie , just because someone leave doesnt mean it ends here , D3 will be a sucess i just want them to remove that silly AH with real money .

So just because you do not have a High End rig and do not care about graphics, it's automatically fine how Bioware handled it?

I find that highly arrogant and egocentric! Totally disregarding and disrespecting a lot of people out there that DO HAVE High End rigs (some even build a new one specially for this game) and DO CARE about HighRes graphics!

That's why GOOD games have plenty of graphic settings to adjust the graphics to match what YOUR system can handle!

WE WANT the CHOICE ourselves to run the game with HighRes textures and DECIDE ourselves if our system can handle it or not!

Is that too much to ask?  I think not! Especially since the HighRes textures are already there!

   yeah i agree with Jero here in most games you have plenty of options to tweak graphics setting and the first thing i noticed when i played SWTOR the first time very limited options .

so yeah we deserve to choose .

In your opinion. :|, Skyrim has currently like a 96% average. MMORPG ToR review is spot on, as it has a 86% average.

You seem to have a problem with this thing called opinions. 

 

 

Skyrim is buggy, it was a poorly ported console game, and the UI is horrible for a PC.   Game deserves no more than an 8 at most.   Anyone that gives it more than an 8 is just over inflating it.  Skyrim is a good game, one of the best I have ever played.   But why inflate a score to something the game is not worthy of having if it has flaws.  

 

   About the UI on Skyrin on the PC i actually though it was a good step forward from Oblivion but in the age of console in mind nowadays i believe most cies think of making it console friendly first and that a shame for PC players like me .

The "run here, run there, run back here, return back there, woops, go back there again" style of quest design is sapping the energy right out of me. It seems they were so focused on maximizing time sinks that they blew past the threshold of acceptable and went straight to drudgery.

The game zones are huge and could have benefited greatly from a more free form method of quest aquisition and turn ins. They already have a mechanism to have some stages of quests updated in the field, via holoprojector and little drones that update you on bonus quests. They probably could have handled most quests that way, including turning quests in to little messanger drones. They would have lost some time sink, but the game would have flowed much better and encouraged more free form zone exploration.

   Using the shuttle which everyone has makes turning in quests much easier that said i know it's on a 30 min timer but in most games you get a static bind point in Tor you can shuttle to anyone you unlock .

Indeed i also play SWTOR because of it's fun factor and great combat , i play smuggler and imperial agent and love it , IA story is so awesome , but all this is my opinion.

Not everyone ganna agree on  SWTOR  being good or not for me it turn out to be beyond my expections and i've playing mmo's since 1999 and tried alot of them .

As i always say if you dont like it move on simple as that .

Looking good , having played Eq1 from 2000 to 2006 i wish i could go back and relive EQ like in the old days but i cant go back you simply cant .

It's so inspiring seeing young developpers working on a game as rich and old as EQ.

I dont play wow but even i think panda are prretty nifty and always liked monks classes in mmo's , i mean what else are they ganna put out there .

   this is true + if your trying to do Icy crevisse you really need to hit those crevisses for the healing buff , anyways that skirmish   give me trouble aswell .
