Why ignore that I provided direct evidence that first violation is not a ban? Why completely ignore the multiple provided examples of you ruining your own credibility? Why say I am standing up for NCSoft blindly when I said myself that they have made mistakes? Besides, someone who really was not guilty would LOVE to have they evidence I have provided from the Aion site that shows they do not ban on one offense. Even if they dont care about playing any more, just for the principal they would bring it up to them to show that they have not handled things appropriately. ESPECAILLY if they care enough to make a post on these forums here about that very thing. Funny how instead of actually investigating the evidence I provided, you continually argue with it. Now, really, why wouldnt you WANT SOME PROOF that they did not handle your case properly? With a list like that, you can't honestly say I do not have good reason to question your motives. Especially as long as you keep ignoring questions... because ignoring questions or bringing up various things to sidetrack the discussion instead of responding to questions are the biggest clues that give away when someone is not telling the truth. It's like questioning a teenager who acts like they have a reason to be mad at you for questioning something that doesnt quite add up. Hey spore. If they ban by ip/CC how is "my" assassin still gettin ap? Did you just shoot urself in the foot? Proving your just tryin to troll me. FYI to everyone sayin all crooks say they are innocent. No they dont alot plead guilty. But theres also people who do go to jail who TRULY are innocent. So if the OP recieved a permenant ban without anything in return, it's pretty obvious he has MULTIPLE violations against his account, and even upon investigation it was still deemed neccessary. I dont know the exact details of how they monitor for 3rd party programs, and they definately wont give out the info because then people would find a way around the detection, but people would not be getting reinstated if that was not the case. That was my first and only violation. K thnx Also I havent flamed anyone. Funny how your sayin i came here screaming and kicking i want my account back even if i did i was heated IE the thread name. Im sure ud be pissed to if u were wrongly banned, and you spent all that money on a CE box and then months played.You made a new account just to flame me. Also i never said no one can question me. Everyones got there opinion. To each there own. But for you to stand so blindly behind NCSoft i can clearly see your a fanboy, because your making every attempt to defend them when they are clearly in the wrong. (even if your think there are in the right with me) And some ways they are in the wrong is 1. No emails when your banned. 2. No GMs in game to contact. 3. No warnings what so ever if your doing something wrong. 4. Callin Cust Supp. Just to find out theyc ant help you after being on hold for 45 mins. 5. Emailing their support then them sending you an automated message telling you o well your beat we banned you we are always right your account is gone. 6. Banning me a REAL LIVE PERSON, when in Sanctum or Asmodian equivalent theres AFK stand advertising gold/PL websites.
I could go on and on. Now after a few days to a week im happy i got falsely banned. Because ive moved on to other games that dont require redundant things to get done. So please pull the NCSoft stick out from your ass and take a look at the bigger picture. Your godsend isnt a godsend. |

If i scripted pvp( which you cant due to it being very UNPREDICTABLE. And botted in PVE why would i even play the game. I honestly don't care about the ban as i leave for deployment in 38 days. So i wouldnt be able to play any way. I made this post to warn people that NCSoft is banning people without sending 1 word as to why. The only way you know your banned is when you try to login to your account and you get a message refering you to the support page which then just says you account is banned. No reason no email nothing.
So honestly i dont care what you all think as to if i was botting or not. And to the 2 trolls with the post count under 15 lmao at you for having no life to sit on a forum makin new accounts to just try to troll people. I called 1 person a moron(which he is) because of this. If you support trolls you are one yourself.
As for me i bought empire total war and im gonna play that until i leave :)

Thanks everyone for the support im looking for another game. And to all the people that are saying thats my ASMO sin if i had 2 accounts i wouldnt be here worried about 1 gettin banned especially if my BETTER account didnt get banned. Please use your head its NOT my sin i play elyos thats a asmo sin....
As for another game i guess ill try to give eve another shit since its really the only PvP game i havent given a full chance. |

"I have a sin" is of course interpreted as YOUR sin. If that was mis-spoken, that is your bad, not mine, it's worthless to displace the blame on to me. But, claims that you have not been on in months could NOT be mis-interpreted. Blatant lie, AKA Perjury. I dont care about stirring anyone up, I just do not have very much respect for liars. I won't hesitate to call one out when things dont quite add up.
