As of right now the Engineer can have one of each turret out. So the Magus will probably paralell this. The engineers top ability at the turrent enhancement line was something like an extra turret or something.

Your disk's color paralells your armor, so it matches. And the disk changes depending on your character tier. So a tier 4 players' disk would look much more ornate than a tier 1.

The Magus' mount is simply a transformation for the disk. It elongates somewhat and moves considerably faster.

The flying thing was just the GMs messing around.

While logged out your character has a "day job" you pick the job. They haven't released a list of jobs but some form of entertainer will probably be present.

I'd assume that being in the future that when you get off work you would enjoy entertainment. Though being the future the entertainment would probably be digital anyway.

Well if you bothered to read the replies you would have noticed they answered all but two questions. One of which with a little thought could probably be answered.

One of the offline advancement classes will probably be entertainment based.

The battlemechs require considerable upkeep, besides that not much has been said. But I assume they will be quite powerful.

As far as free mmo's go this is one of the best. The teacher system helps new players get informed through older players.

Unlike other free mmo's you can use the wasd movement setup instead of mindnumbing clicking. This is always a point in my book.

And DOMO also has some of the best graphics I've seen in a free mmo, the cell shaded anime style is definately another benefit to the blocky realistic styles other games attempt.

This game is definately worth an extensive play. Aeria games never hurt the game in any way, the cash shop isn't broken (unlike some games) , events have cool rewards, and the contests are fun.

I'm not insulting you or anything but you need to widen the view on free online games. They don't get better than this and stay free. 

But that one is based out of Milano, Italy. Gamespot says that  the one by Aeria games http://domo.aeriagames.com/ is the NA release. Ugh, so much mized perspectives.

Well te combat did look quite bad. But that is to be expected during this time in development. It appears they have focused more on the art at this time.

Um why don't you just change the mailing address of the newsletter from the newsletter control panel to match the one you used to sign up for beta...?

Welcome to the community! I think as long as we keep trying the site will keep growing, atleast it's worked so far!

Well i'm just the lead admin and site designer. I'd hate to loose members because of something like this.

We where all putting in name ideas, for a medievil-ish mmorpg with war as it's general theme. The word herald came up alot in the name choices being that it means to announce, hail, or acclaim and it usually brings a medievilish idea to mind. So we just just broke even and chose war-herald. The kind of person I am I wanted to seperate the words so I put a dash in it. When I told everyone the name was ago unless someone had a better one nobody said anything.

We where looking for some other domain names to change after awhile in development when someone pointed out the name similarities but the official herald had the parked domains, or being the nature of the internet and the whole idea of war (historically not just the game) being so popular and unpopular most other domain names where already taken.

We knew it existed and that the daoc one was quite breeming with info but we thought no one would make that mistake of accidentally adding a - to a web url. The everage person by the way they think and type don't do that. If it comes down to it we will change the url but probably leave the content the same, by diffrientiating our sites solely by a different url. Sorry for any confusion, but I hope for now it's just speculation.

I'd also highly reccomend EQ2 if your looking for a game that's already out. And the PvP in WAR is different than in most games, better in most sences.

I've been looking into getting the domain changed, but I highly doubt anyone would accidently add a - to a web address . The site has to much content now to go back and remove the sitename and change all teh graphics. If any confusion really does arise we have already taken some steps to change the site. But that would be as a last resort.
