It 'could' be the motherboard. But I would not claim "most likely" until other possibilities are eliminated. At this point, further testing is still needed to be certain.

I think you're on the right track with replacing the power switch. Do you have another case handy that you can try building the same hardware into?

i was testing it in a benmark case with it own power and reset button - i will see if i manage to find a power switch or i need to buy a proper case -  my country is very bad with electronics and amazon dosent ship cases  and also if they did you never now if it will be damage and my motherboard is ATX so i need a full tower  -  if i find a proper case  here i will buy it

I'm an IT professional. I love Linux, and believe it is far superior than Windows in all but one way; gaming.

I eat, sleep and breathe *nix, and making most games work is a major headache even for me (then again, if they don't work precisely the way I want them to, I won't play them, so you could say I'm just anal lol). That being said, if you've never used Linux, and you're looking to game and not stand up a production environment, then go with Windows.

For their current LCD monitor line, the VH prefix indicates screen size up to ~24" and VE indicates ~2x" to ~28".

It could be completely unrelated, but that is the only pattern I've noticed lately.

Have you tried bench-building it, to ensure it's not an electrical short somewhere in your case?

I always wondered what had happened to Frontier 1859... I remember reading about it back in 04 or 05, and I remember that it was stalling back then. It's sad to see such a great idea languish in development hell...

I truly wish Turbine would give us another Asheron's Call game. Forget that sequel, post-apocalyptic, many years in the future crap.

I have far, far too many good times from AC to really pick a best.

One that stands out, though, is a time from my early days in Dereth...

I was slaughterign Lugians at the Lugian Citadel near Qal, when a group of about four others came in behind me, and began griefing me rather hardcore. They'd let me pull the heat, then they'd jump in and take the kill, snagging the majority of the XP. I complained a bit to my patron, and the next thing I knew, the entire Mike the Deathbringer monarchy descended on the Lugian Citadel to make sure nobody but MTD got XP in there. It was some good counter-griefing times!

I really miss those good times in Dereth. No game since Asheron's Call has been as much fun. No community has been as awesome to be a part of.

I've tried going back a few times, but the game is empty. At least Solclaim is, anyway.

That old addage is as true for MMOs as it is for anything else; You can never really go home again...

I'm pretty stoked for 2011 for gaming in general. Firefall looks amazing, and I cannot wait to sink my teeth into it. I absolutely love the style of gameplay that Borderlands provided, and Firefall looks similar enough that I know I'll love it!

And to go non-MMO for a second... Diablo III. Need I say more? ;)

Those two aside, 2011 looks to be an amazing year for gamers of all kinds, but especially for us MMO junkies (and casuals alike!).

I just hope some of these amazing-looking titles don't turn out to be total letdowns!!!

So I'm wondering, is there an MMO out there where character and equipment progression is -not money based- (whether real money or game coins)?  Where for example, you farm mats for yourself or squad and *cannot* sell them to other players?  Because it seems to me, as soon as you can sell mats or equipment to other players, the game immediately plunges into who is willing to pay more, who can get more money so that they can pay more, who can rip each other off and scam people more, etc.

I almost hate to say it, but honestly, a good bit of what you're looking for can be found in World of Warcraft.

As a former player, I can say that WoW will give you the ability to raid, farm mats etc, to either purchase gear from an NPC (that cannot be sold) or farm for mats etc. to craft the gear yourself.

You farm dungeons/bosses for particular items, said items are bound to just your character and cannot be sold etc, and said items go towards the "purchase" of gear from various vendors.

This is in addition to the gear you can get straight from the dungeon and said bosses themselves.

If you haven't tried WoW, give it a shot. They have a free trial.

OP: You may also want to check out Lord of the Rings Online. It's F2P and offers a pretty awesome crafting system. I'm not sure if Turbine has points cards you can get at a local store, though.
