You should be pretty safe, as long as everything is on the up & up. Don't make any threats, or lie about the product. As for the logo, it should be covered as a parody. I think Funcom has much larger issues to deal with than this type of thing

I wouldn't say gone and buried. I saw a couple copies for sale at Circuit City a few weeks ago down in Va.. At full price no less.lol I asked the clerk about it. He told me it was a great game and still played often!!

I was in the AA beta, and it didn't do it for me. Too many bugs, and lack of real community was my major complaint as I recall.

I am looking forward to JGE. I love space/sci-fi games.

I think there needs to be a tier three city before there can be sieges. Not sure but I have read it a number of times. I'm not in game yet (to much real life work to start a new mmo), but haven't  heard about any tier three cities yet.

here is a clue. When a company has a open beta with no NDA, pretty much what you see is what is coming out on release day. Just speaking for myself here but if a resturant is handing out free samples the week before they open and it tastes like a 3 day old dead rat on a stick, I'll be damned if I am going to pay 50 bucks the next week to see if the meal inside is better.         

No. More like a restaraunt packing in as many people as it can to see how many people it can serve without the staff quiting.  the OB is  a stress  test first and foremost. I'll check reviews when I get back from vacation a week after release. Then I'll make my desision if it "tastes like dead rat" or not.

I'm all for risk in the game.  I don't mind if a pirate corners me and demands my cargo or ransoms me.  Unfortunately it's devolved way beyond that.  Now they kill you because they're bored.  Then they pod you because they can.  The game has become a haven for people like that...

In WoW there are more PvP servers then PvE servers ( and thus more PvP players ), it has been like this since release. Please get your facts straight.

In fact there are 108 pvp/RP pvp realms out of 226. Therefore there are 10 more PVE realms. Please get your facts straight.

If your running the game on the 1541drive, I don't think the 300 rpm will cut it. You may need to step up to the 1571. I think you would have a real beast then.

I can't speak directly to the tubing you have, but I would reroute if possible. Try to get a new longer tube if possible. Remember, any adapters you splice into your cooling circuit is a potential leak.

Seriously, I remember when they promised Hoth back in 2004 at the first fan fest.   Glad they finally got around to it. 

This is the first time they've ever mentioned Hoth being added.

There has been dev talk about Hoth since shortly after launch. Nice to see them finally doing something about it. I fear it is to little, too late.

I agree. Shadowrun would be a near perfect fit for an mmo.

People act like it's the end of the world if AoC is going to suck. I'm going to buy it after it's released, not because the reviews will be out, but because I will be on vacation for a few weeks around release. At the very worst, I will be out a few bucks. Big deal. If it turns out bad, it won't be the first time I was dissapointed, and I'm sure it won't be the last.

Personally from what I've seen on the different beta-breaker sites, it looks pretty cool.

I introduced a fried of mine to WoW when he was out  of work due to an accident. His GF (now wife) made fun of him for playing a kids game. Fast forward a few years, they are now both addicted, and have a guild completely comprised of family members. They play constantly, and accuse each other often of being unfaithful online..  Funny thing is, I quit wow not long after my friend stated playing..lol

You guys are all talking about mounts and rings w/ xp bonuses. What your all forgetting is the real reason to buy the CE... The Drinking Cape!!!

I don't think I made it through 2 weeks in game, including pre-boarding. It was a nice idea, but everything just seemed to simplistic.
