I would say give it a try, im starting my 2nd week and am lvl 4 vista im not in a hurry and have been enjoying the quests. Crafting is alot different and real time which im not sure about but i think i like it. Some folks grumble about how long it takes to make a dune buggy or motor-cycle but in my opion this game will last. All kinds of help in the help channel and ive never not gotton help for anything ive asked about. Im pleased with the game so far but like some others are saying they need to spice up the end game some right now.

In my opion i belive that the gaming market is drolling at getting in big time into the china market but are very afraid of the goverment stepping in and grabbing a big slice of there pie. Nothing scares a suit more then revnew lose.

They have throwed me a big curve with this Dust 514 not sure where there going with this one. I just do not think it will be that great on pc if they intend on releaseing it on consols and that is no easy task. If it is an mmo im not impressed with MS online consol stuff and ccp may not want to get in bed with those folks.

yes a F2p mmo on consoles.

This gonna be FPS pvp or pve or both, im not a big fan of consols either. Damed if i will play it on one and graphics may be dumbed down for pc . This may get raked over thy Eve coals if CCP does not work this right. Can't believe you hard core types are gonna fall in love with it. Im gonna withhold judgment for now till more comes out.

The game is being put out by Funcom and a few folks are not real happy with those Dev's me being one of them. Funcom's track record says that The Seceret World will be heavily hyped and delivered unfinished. Funcom has recently layed off another 20% of employees leaving alot of questions as to how well the company is doing. With anything Funcom " Let the Buyer Beware".

Add me to the list of not resubing cancled reason, not gonna pay to get ganked, can't get a group because of all the gold spaming, when seiging a fortress you get disconnected and ported into enemy camp. This was enough i voted with my wallet.

You may be correct but it will mean a loss of subscriptions, folks are not gonna pay to get ganked all the time.

Unless they adress the ganking problem they will bleed subscriptions no one will continue to get ganked and keep subscribing. I should not say no one but very few will keep paying to get ganked and expensive npc deaths.
