I dont play SWG.. i follow it barely bc it does seem like an interesting game but the P2P is so high compared to other games it makes me nahh.. But anyway.. lookin at Dargnons post, it gave me a lil insight into what this patch will do.. blow up buildings? That does sound unique in the MMORPG world, not counting strategy. So whats the whole concept about it? Dargnon said ppl have been askin for it and to get rid of the ancient houses so u can expand the active cities. Can anyone go into more detail about the two, ancient houses and the "active cities"

Yes, u would think more games would add "simple" features. Dont they see that just fighting is getting old? And I havent seen good player housing sense FFXI and NeoCron. (NC has been the best so far)

I would add:

-- Built in Player2Player Card Game

-- add: card trading game(ingame)

-- crafting (i.e. FFXI) but not so... "huge"? <getting wood, metal & sum blueprint = object> or refining.. it really is endless

I have seen mining in a few Asian MMO's but thats about it

ArchLord p0wnz.. Rapplez Online is pretty good.. mmm kinda like 9Dragon even though the Devs for that game are truely horriable. there's DANCE! i dont see how they can fuk that up lol sept for making u pay to be black or any other race which is horrible IMO

I think AO is F2P now.. classic but good.

SilkRoad is iffy.. allot ppl like it but it's had its share of botters and hackers.. thats probably the #1 thing in F2P.. botters and hackers... u'll always have gill sellers... free or not

but with ppl giving out F2P MMORPG and MMOFPS games with massive PvP systems.. its hard for P2P games to compete (overall) though i think its possible.. WoW is still at it.. not sure about new new members but if u been playing it u might not stop.. EVE, NeoCron, and FFXI are still active i hear and SWG just cost to much for me but i bet its fully loaded though i hear nothing about it.. always WoW WoW WoW. I love the game and i dont even play it  =))

CoH and CoV are P2P. I guess they're good.. they have to be.

but I dont think the population will ever be as high as a F2P game but the level of "socialism" in a F2P game is so jumpy but with some saying we have 2.5Million players.. i could see why.

Oh yea.. GPotato item mall shop prices are !Ridiculous! high. 1,000 GP = $10.oo most items cost 500-1000GP but they are fairly useless.. "good ones" range from 2,000 - 3500 for one item... so thats 20.oo for ONE item. I dont know wtf they thinkin. thats some unfair prices if i ever seen or heard one.

I think Hero and Albatross was better.. more like $1.oo = 1,000 or 2,000 and items were like 25 - 65 for Albatross and Hero was like 500 - 1000 for GOOD items mind you

i think (from what i've noticed) is that most of the monthly fee is waved and replaced by time cards or minutes. And it do be millions upon millions from what i've noticed. i think one hit 70million.. whew. But I did the 14 day trail for EvE and just wunt my thing.. didnt even finish the free trail lol but no doubt that it's a good game. just aint for me.

Also, I wonder about the Net Incom of some of these games b/c I know SWG charges allot per month for its game... not sure how much EvE is a month. I would actually like Eve a lil more if I could get out and explorer some of the worlds on foot but they pretty much attached u to a pod. Thats good if you like the Ghost in the Shell type ship, maybe even fun... but like i keep hearing.. you just gotta have a taste for that kinda game. one of those love it or hate it type things. but EvE is very different from the normal MMO's but i'm seeing more and more type games pop up in MMO format.. even Beta testing a game called DANCE! nice lil work out.. very active.. very fast. you get caught up in the whole environment, I've played n test different sport types of MMO's and played some flying game MMO that was fun. so no doubt, EvE is a perfect example that you dont have to be ur standard Orc and Mage MMO to have a big ass list of fans. so game on all you EvE freaks... think ill go try something else loony out

Oh yea.. im a vet when it comes to NC.. been playing that thing sense what.. 2000? 2001... right when it came out of Beta

bar-non.. one of the best  MMO's i've very played.. once i have free money to burn (again) i'll probably be right back in it. That game has no limits man.. im pretty sure they'll add space travel in at some point. just watch
