lol . I play and love the game. I'm playing the end game for the first time now , and I love cause I have over 40 things to do atm , plus I'm only on book 5  Think if you aren't happy with the game now with all of the awesome things they added,  you will never be, no one will like you less for not playing, it is about you finding your game. I found mine

Prove it. Or be a troll, you pick.

Fanboy HO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There aren't any "wicked" things in the Ettenmoors to get

Did you not see the gear sets ? Dude , they are wicked  to me atleast and class specific . The Guardian shield is crazy awesome lol ...

cool enough for me to grind for ... lol

I just wanted to say it so we can see War have a great forum like LotrO players have here, I think the trolls are actually from AoC ...

Exactly

(people are just in a tissy cause AoC is a pile of poop, so the come and pick on the happiest folk on these forums)

If you're the type of player that takes 6 months to hit 50, there will be a lot to keep you active.

If you're the type of player that takes 12 months to hit 50 (yes, they exist), there's more endgame than you probably know what to do with.

It's all relative.

Exactly !

The people who hit 50 in 1 month aren't mmo players. There is no "one" hereo in this game, at the end of the day it is about your fellowship and guilds, and having a small army marching into the ettenmoors to do battle . People who just dpeed to 50 in any game truly miss out on the entire experience of what mmorpgs are about.

Great post Thradar.

And when war is release the same people will be saying the same thing, ... it is almost asinine.

As far as end game, there is some wicked things in Ettenmoors to get, as well as questsd in Angmar and Misty Mounts, At level 49 I am on Book 5 out of 14 as well as just doing the moors. I opted to not do the about 20 quests between Angmar and Misty Mountians because I want to get the Moors Armor sets

I also have my Lengendary traits to get , as well as getting many many more deeds done.

Anyone whining about content and the lack of it, basically needs to find a new game because LotrO has massive amount of content, but players who are used to spoon feeding are just to lazy to complete it.

It is obvious the game is not for you, I would suggest warhammer Online . Be well .

Hello , i'm solareus and I play a different game. The problem facing me is the new round of troll attacks on the LotrO forums.

This is simple, I know a lot of the Lord of the Rings Online fans respect and probably will come and try  War, but please don't come into our forum area and spout utter garbage of the LotrO. War is a completely different game then LotrO as well as being built for a different player base. Both games can Survive in the market place.

I personally want to see War do well to crush AoC but I will not support your effots if the continued trolling in LotRO section continues.

Please search my Vanguard post from Launch 2007 you will see how horrible it can get. Lets not take it there

yea dimensions were the models that they built to hinder customization. regardless, you should have measured your PSU first ;)

The dell psu was upside down , wouldnt of mattered what psu I got, it would have to cut. I did a good job though and it is always fun to mod !

To the OP Dell does have  AMD cpu machines under there optiplex line

The question was asked and I think the rep gave a decent answer , also want to say this guy did a lot better job representing the game then those 2 dudes last year.

Starting Zone = ?

15-20 Buckland quests (old Forest)

20-30 Bree Land / Lone Lands  / north Downs

30-35 Agamar / Garth Agarwen / Forochel (some really great group content in there) / North Downs

35-40+ Evendim / Trollshaws / Forochel

40-50 Trollshaws / Misty Mountians / Angmar

Dwarf and Elves will probably be level 15 -20 by the time you hit Bree when coming down through Ered Luin

Thats very rough estimates on the leveling. I litterly skip so much content cause I just couldnt get to it cause there was so much of it, I would have to say there is more then 5000-10000 different quests so far and I would say half is soloable. Just so much people don't ecven realise it cause they just run through the chapter quests and then say there is no content lol ....

Isn't Forochel 43-50?

I was up there in my 30's and didn't quite explore it fully so you could be correct , I may need to head up tonight

I'm killing level 48 elites solo so ... lol hehe

i just got my own, although i opted for 4gb ddr2 ram. so far I have no complaints. The integrated graphics were enough to run LOTRO on ultra high settings.

The only complaint is the HORRIBLE PSU that came with the comp. It is just enough to run the computer as it was shipped.  I ordered an 8600GT as it is the only card that i can put in my computer without frying everything.

When i get a little extra cash, i will buy a better PSU and probably an 8800GT

I highly recommend upgrading your computer. Even if it is not the dell i have mentioned.  Going from a single core processor and 1g of ram to a quad core with 3 gigs of ram is an utterly AMAZING experience.

You can get dells with AMd cpus , which work very well, and I am very impressed with the cooling they have though I did opt to add an extra fan in the back to push the 8800GT air out. If you get a new psu, be prepared to modify lolol....

I agree the dell is the best priced and easiest to upgrade on your own.

wow I think fdell has gone down hill, they only offer inter cpu's

If you can do it , drop some more memory in it, it should help push some of the taks around to free up some cpu and gpu power.. AoC on that rig , it will explode lol...

At new egg I was able to put together a small upgrade of mobo / cpu / memory / gfx card for under 600 dollars ...
