The Video has nothing to do with the performance, one minute a 8600GT can run at max  , the next it cant, the one minute a 8800GT can run at max , now it can't.. pattern is emerging , if you can't see that you are completely blinded by fanboinopis.

What is ironic, no matter what card and how many cards you use .. those trees still are the worst looking vegetation in mmorpg history, Hello Kitty Online has better vegetation.  Good luck with this argument, bottom line is the cards have nothing to do with how the game is set up to use the Microsofts 360's 3 core cpu and architecture, which seems to not want to work with pc single , duel , or quad cpus.

Think you will be surprised at Vista SP1 performance . I've been using Vista for the past years and have no regrets. Even if you use Vista you can set the game to dx 9 in the client. All games give you that option to use Dx10 or not. So it is not even an issue to have xp, Vista  in my opinion is pretty good, specially if you are above average computer user.

One thing that annoys me is that the new LotRO game that Battlefront game has an evil side, you can kkill Frodo as well and have the ring not destroyed and have a campaign of pure evil to destroy middle earth. Wondering why they where allowed that benefit...

I'm wondering if that game is successful, it will leave the door open for Turbine to say "hey we could do a CoV type game around 2010" then have major pvp fields like Helm deep and Gondor for players to battle ..

I saw it , it got a "meh" from me.  I tell you what really looked awesome was Prince of Persia, I was like all through the footage "awesome " "woah" "wow" "amazing" lol Also  Mirrors Edge , Gears of War 2 as well as Farcry 2 which really has some very innovative elements in it you should catch the segment they have on Gamespot aboput it.

Ps3 , never gonna to buy cause I will never forgive how playstation pushed sega out of the console market.

Did you look on the AMd website for driver updates, as well as going on Microsoft and looking for the multi core hotfixes ?

Check your bios setting as well, your rig should beable to run any game on maxed out settings, also upgrade your Vista to SP1 cause you aren't reading 4 gigs I bet in your device manager ?

Power supply , should be atleast 600 watts.

The only othe thing that could slow you down is sound card ... I always go with sound blaster/ creative labs  stuff

Is this the new hook ? 2 mile rendering distance ? No other game can do that ? Beside Lord ofthe Rings Online, Vanguard , Dark and Light and just about anything else released. Where do you come up with these fabrications and numbers ?> seriously, how the hell can you go inside the game world with a little measure wheel and say "yup , we render 2 miles" It is bullshit and it is getting even bullshittier the more the fan spew such shit.

THe even wacked thing is I can go into VG and do a /setfog and completely shatter any hope of your "only our game does 2 mile" "OPINION" to shit.

AoC is a complete pile and you are trying to say SLI will help the game run, guess what SLI won't do shit for current games because the architure of how games are coded aren't taking advantage of the technology because not everyone is a rich asshole with sli.

The ONLY graphic cards that can run sli as I combined unit is ATI with xfire, Nvidia can't. ATI and AMD are the only comppany to give a fully quad gaming rig that actually wiill work with current game. Single card set up are stronger with Nvidia , but xfire is the best  dual card. I am sick of reading this bullshit and I know alot of people are. AoC Failed , nothing will help it but the delevelopers getting off there asses and fiixing it... in my opinion.

It's not your card, just remember that, the 8800 GT is very awesome peice of hardware .

Openedge1 seemed to have the same prblom. Maybe he can give you some insight. My machine is running the game on ultra high and I've not had any problems.

Are you using a pentium cpu ?

Pretty much , though each class has their roll . Like Gaurdian is your major tanker, he can pull all aggro onto  him and ge lets the dps classes do their thing. Another example is a Burgler, he uses stealth and can  do some crowd control, in PVMP  the Burglar is the most annoying of all the classed :P .

I would suggest trying some different classes until you find something that you feel good with . The classes as a whole are very flexable and probably the best hybid classes out right now , meaning they can play more then just one specific roll.
