i loved getting in a day early.  no regrests here, plus i reserved a lot of names that were probably be gone if i had to download/play tonight.

i'm really enjoying this game, such a nice pace and different from WoW enough to keep me playing.  for the 1st time in a long time i didn't want to stop playing last night.

got the CE a few months ago.  downloading it right now to start the head start

why do you want a monopoly on super hero MMO?  get some competition in there and CoH/CoV will strive to be better.  this is good for the gamers of CoH, not bad.

damn my prediction was wrong.  i said it would take 6 months to get down to 200k.  they beat it by 2-3 months probably

Keep in mind that's arrival date, which depends on what shipping speed you selected.  Given that you have a limited time to input your CD-Key after launch to continue playing, you should probably speed up shipping since your arrival date is late September.

they would hear a mouthful if they denied my key a week after it releases.  that would be sad

You won't keep anything from Open Beta -- There's going to be a "Head Start" program for that.

So if you play a "Drizzt" or "Sephiroth" (Or Sepheroth, Sepheeroth, Sephoroth, etc) you better have a good guild to reserve the name during Head Start, or get in first on your own.

Or better, try to create a name that's not a blatant character ripoff to define yourself. ;)

Also, if the game WASN'T in "just polishing" mode by now, I'd be scared and wouldn't have counted on a Fall release. During the last few months of beta, the focus needs to be on making the launch as painless as possible.

or does it all reset to 0 and you have to re-register your name and everything?
