The first thing I want to say is that this game is a lot of fun.  The game play is great.  Now here are the problems I have with this game.  I’m a LVL 29 sapper and so far I have put in about 72 hours into the game so I would say I put in some hours to complain about a few things.  I have a question.  Why do they ship out these games that are not all the way finished?  I mean is, take a lesson form Blizzard; take your time and release the game when it’s done. If that means you have to delay the game for another 6 to12 months just so you can bring out a good game, then  do it.  Bring out the game out with few bugs in it.  Have what you want in it. I know that you will always have some type of bugs in games and I understand that.  I’m not super fan boy of WOW.  In fact I’m not playing WOW any more.  Remember, I said I like the game play in this game in fact I love the game play its great. 

I just don’t like how they put game when they are not really done. Please stop putting games out with very bad lag on it and having the game crash while you are playing, missions where you put in a lot of hard work in it just to find out that you can’t complete the mission because of a bug in the game.  Not all missions are like that but I have run it about 6 of them so far like that.  That hurts when you can’t finish a mission because of a bug and then I hope the letter I write to the any GM will see it and get back to me while playing to fix the problem.  That happened once where a GM got back to and fixed it for me.  The other times nothing.  I don’t it’s fair to make the gamer go back and do that same mission over and over again.  Give something to the gamer like exp or credits to say sorry about that we know there is a problem with this mission here is some exp and or credits to say sorry.  To me that would take most of the sting out of it.

Also is it fair to us gamers they put out a game with stuff left out like the auction house or what they call it in the game army surplus which is now where to be found yet. Crafting in the game is kind of weird, seem not really thought out.  Some type of mount in the game, again no where to be found yet, is that fair to the gamer who spent 40 to 50 dollars?  I think not. 

My question to TR is why are trying to put those things in later and not have it ready for us when the game comes out?  Why put out an unfinished game?  Also is it just me do my fellow gamers feel the same way? 

Is the armor starting feel like they are being recycled.  I feel some of the armor I had on at earlier levels are the same type I have on in later levels. I just wore this armor like 5-10 levels ago.  I as I gain in levels I would like to have cooler armor not something I had 10 levels ago.  Any one else feel that way?

This game has a lot potential in it, but so did Vanguard SOH and I played that when it had a lot of bugs in it.  Most of seen what happened to Vanguard, a lot of us left the game to never to return again. Now I hear that the game is a lot better but too little to late for some of us.  I do look forward to playing the game again when they get most of it fixed so I’m not really ready to give up on the game just yet but I’m getting close.

Us gamers can make or break the game.  We have the power and the money to keep the game going.  So why put your name on a game when it’s not fully done?  You know who you are Sir.

When I'm in combat or traveling around, I have found that some npcs are really annoying.

1. Linkers in combat. I don't mean in sniping situations, but area affect combat. You can get killed by using area effects, just because there was some linkers inside mix of 20-50 enemies and they just started the linking when You hit the area effect attack.

 

2. Tree Lurkers and Irate Warnets, because they aggro range is so big and they use range attacks. They are easy to kill, but they area allmost everywhere. So, I just get annoyed by them, because they interrupt You everywhere and they spawn so fast back.

I'm 100% with you on that.  I hate the Warnets soooooo much!

In the new patch will there be a AH in the game now?

I just wanted to find if someone out there know anything about the new patch coming out this week?  Or do some body know  where I could go to find out the info for myself.

Is there a skill that makes you invisible so you can sneek past your enemy?  If so is there a time limit to that skill?

Well, I played during closed beta for about a month.  As to be expected, it was slightly buggy.  But that is true with 99.9% of all beta tests.  I was a little bummed by the way the quests were layed out and the quest information.  The beta overall gave me an opportunity to submit bugs I found and offer my feedback.  I stopped when open beta began, as it's usually full of kids and jerks.  It left me with somewhat lowered expectations, but hopes they could better things by release.

 

So, I waited a couple weeks to pick the game up, and pestered people on the forums here with my questions about the changes they made.  After deciding to give it a try, I hopped on and got myself up to level 5.  Just from that small jaunt, I could tell they had polished things up quite a bit, and the game flowed a lot better.  I'm pretty satisfied so far, though I wish there was more information and depth to the crafting system (I'm just one of those kind of geeks who likes to make things).  I have chosen the soldier class at level 5, as I just love to blast my way through those damned invading Bane.

The game is an interesting combination between FPS and RPG, though at the moment it feels like the MMO part is a bit lacking to me.  BUT, I have to say this will likely change once I have found a good guild on the Pegasus server.  Usually interaction with the community at large in any MMO is a hit and miss deal, but if you can find the right guild, it can really help delve you more into the game.  I also hope they expand the latter content and PvP by the time I get there...  And I really wish I could play a Bane (who doesn't want to be evil sometimes?)...

How do people travel as you get up in lvls?  Are there some kind of mounts to get around faster or some kind of jet pack?

If you can say yes to those questions, then you'll be fine buying the game.  If you can't or you're unsure, it's best to wait a little longer until you can get a better idea on what's going on in these games as more opinions and professional reviews come in.  The thing is that the game is definately not for everyone, but many people seem to be enjoying themselves.  If you can drop $50 without really lightening your wallet, then go for it.

I can say yes to most of those questions.  I just want something different.
