about all you can do is what lysrgk1 has done.  Until there is some type of safe haven or border laws implemented that is really all you can do.    Get your 20 then come back and gank the gankers, it will get old and they will eventually move on, and if they come back rinse and repeat.   I remember in shadowbane I would get super ganked and I would log my alt and gank the ganker once and clear the area.

rather than use em as costers, send disks my way and I will gladly play it without any complaints.. 

run a tracert to mmorpg.com and note which hop is the delay.  I had this issue back awhile and it was within their service area.  Eventually after showing them the hop logs from the tracert the issue was resolved. gl

To run the tracert go to start, then run, then type in tracert and hit enter and the dos box will come up or search for something like neotrace or the like.

Only time i've eperienced tearing like that was due to drivers.  When I used to oc I would get white pixeling here and there but no tearing, then the black out frame with vocal studdering.   That games reminds me of tribes 2 ish lol.  Anywho, sorry I can't offer any other help. Gl to you on this.

does it blue screen crash or just frozen lock?  In the past with issues such as these I found my drivers where the problem most cases. Also could be another component like ram going bad?

I have my wireless router upstairs on one side of my house with 1 floor and approx 4 + walls between it and my laptop at my dinning room table.  Prior to the makeshift ant. I would get 1 maybe a slight 2 on my connection bars.  I am now actually setting on a 4 steady lol.  Most ant. will radiate in a 360 unless specifically directional.  The above template will force your wave direction and give you a boost to some degree. 

I enjoy this game. I hated it when I was ip blocked on the last release, but im good now.  My only real issue is that it has been released and ip blocked multiple times throughout different locations.  This would lead me to believe that the core game itself would be all but squashed of the majority of bugs.  However, there are still pinning issues on the map textures, npcs disappearing,  map colors under the gps for mob strength are inaccurate sometimes, etc etc...  Its almost like the core is untouched until it goes to the location then each location has to independently debug?  Other than that , I do enjoy the game even if there are a lot of go here and kill this.
