OP's words about Neosteam being tough WoW's competitor make me giggle.

The most popular MMORPG with more then 10 mils active subscribers should be scared of F2P game that noone even heard about. For sure

WoW has too many haters to be on top. "1/10 because it sucks" is their the only argument

1. Warhammer 40K MMO with endless world and great freedom. 2. Good cyberpunk MMO. Something like Neocron2 with better graphics and gameplay. 3. Time Travel MMO with ability to travel in numerous ages, past and future. 4. Diablo Online. 5. Good online fighting with persistent world and RPG elements.

I played at Warsong US server (WoW) and we had a guy named Avatar. He was already infamous from DaOC and his attitude made him even more infamous in WoW. He made hardcore guild and achieved some server firsts in Molten Core but took every single epic his hunter could wear. He had like 5 1-hand weapons (including Felstriker) and 2-3 2-handers. Other guildies could get something only if he had this item already or didnt need it at all. Avatar ganked noobies 24/7 at contested zones and claimed to have the best PvP team at server. When other team challenged him at STV arena and won, Avatar said they lost because someone used mind vision on him (this doesnt affect a fight, just adds an small icon to UI). If you would even think about being better then him, Avatar would make 3 paragraphs why you're noob, why you're worse then him and why you should die. When transfers were opened, Avatar ordered his people move to other realm. And they did... but not where he wished. So Avatar appeared at one realm ("Wtf!? Where are you guys!?"), his now happy guildies at other. Lol owned. Just few moments from drama rich life of our favourite hunter. He plays a warrior Serennia at Tichondrius US now.

I played WoW for 3 years and those were 3 years of constant drama every single day. People fought at BGs, Arenas, outdoors, but more frequently at forums. You may hate dramas, but they make life in MMOs more fun and memorable. So my question is, what were the most epic and interesting dramas from your online experience? I'd like to hear things like this: http://www.computerandvideogames.com/article.php?id=180867&site=pcg

I tried like 50 MMOs, and Metin 2 was the worst of all. Honestly, I cant imagine anyone playing this crap

Jaix, read the official forums. There are THOUSANDS of posts about how people missing content and things to do. Roleplaying is a good thing, but not everyone is ready for daily chat in "Pony". Some want a goal and challenge. I myself didnt reach 50 yet and have plenty of content to do, but I see all those posts, guildies leaving out of boredom and this makes me sad. Turbine really should care more about end game, and add it in every book.

As far as I'm concerned feedback on B12 was far from positive

Not surprising... Most feedback you'll see/hear will be negative for anything. People who are enjoying something are generally too busy doing so to stop and talk about it.

And of course, you have to take into consideration that for many people *nothing* would have been "good enough", especially f it wasn't specifically what they were personally expecting it to be. That goes for games, music, books, movies, etc.

Introduction of Evendim and The Rift were met warmly with lots of positive feedback because those made high levels busy with something. Book 12 that took 4 monthes of waiting introduced outfit system which most 50s wont care about and a banch of new "teleport here, teleport there" quests taking like 2 hours to complete.

Turbine should learn from all negatives and realise that people need end game content, since LoTRO has close to none.

ps/ Oh btw, guess what... where wont be any new raid dungeons in Book 13. Enjoy your fishing, guys!

I'm sure both will be the great games, but I prefer AoC. It will have more content, more unique features and more rich lore. Aion is mostly for those who love Lineage 2 and other asian games. Graphics in both games look fantastic

AoC's graphics is by far superior then Darkfall, you cant even compare. Its like LotRO vs WoW

VG has a better graphics, world design and more fun classes. But EQ2 has more content and population. You decide
