i dont like the idea of a 40k MMO at all, it would ruin the franchise. people always seem to think the next step up in the "evolution" of a game or franchise is to make an MMO, but they all suck and die, or at least are not nearly as successful as people think they are.

yeah they needed to add more rewards for having a max skill. but why did they choose a cape in the 1st place? why did they not make like a custome armor for 99 skill?

honestly I think having level 99 in a skill, and being able to do ANYTHING related to that skill, is its own reward. the cape is more of a badge to show other players how awesome you are, since you can't easily access another players skill levels or some sort of profile showing achievements. custom armour would mean more crying about not being able to use it with leet end-game armours.

for best series, I'd def say Diablo series for online gameplay thats like nothing else, and the story is pretty good for those that actually read it.

for a single game I would say KOTOR 1, but maybe i'm a little biased since im a sw nut :P

RS Classic and i believe the first 3d-esque build afterwards were the best tbh.

Both of those concepts aren't unique or have been done before, example Hellgate: London.

I'm also not gonna be surprised if many of the supposed "millions of guns" are just carbon copies of one another with faster shooting rate or a different skin.

I used to play the game a lot a while ago but i got kinda bored and stopped, however it was insanely fun while it lasted.

funny story, i tried out a trainer for single player in a 2v2 game, and my NPC ally apparently got affected by it too so he had unlimited resources, and conquered 75% of the board with his fleets of a thousand ships each

Eh? Nearly every MMO I know adds or modifies files on your computer (in the install folder, and a few other places.) And sometimes I imagine those files are removed as well.

Hopefully that's not considered the same, legally, as removing an entire digital purchase. It'd suck if game companies had to worry about never being able to delete files from their install on your system.

well of course they add and remove files in the install folder, you are after all installing a game, and patching it later on.  I meant like stuff that isn't part of the game but the company decided to remove or modify anyway, since it is the company's imperative to  edit your game files if they so please.

what I meant was i never heard of someone complaining their MMO launcher decided to remove their My Documents folder while patching or something like that, except the one boot.ini thing with CCP lol
