I've asked before and i've looked though the forums since but has there been any new mmo's that have a housing system?  either personal or Guild.  Hoping for somthing like oldschool UO, or SWG.

As the title said i'm just looking for a decent F2P game that dosnt have game breaking items you can buy from the store.  know i dont mind grinding or playing 2x as long as those who buy xp pots/item booster''s just as long as i have a "realistic" chance of getting the same type of gear.

Have you given DDO a shot? it does have a cash shop but you get points to spend there from doing quest and gathering fame.  you might spend a while grinding alts for fame but you dont need to spend a dime if you want to be really savy

i am curently playing ddo (thogh the xtra lag from the cc event is driving me crazy) and i do like it i was wondering if there are any other games out there with good support roles. i just dont think evrey thing should be solo friendly mmo's are there for that reason to group up and play with others.

I would perfer F2P and not pay to win but i'll even settle with p2p.  Of the games you all have played in your opinion so please dont flame others what is the best game that use's healers/support class effectivly.  If you could also list pro's, and con's of the class per game that would be helpfull.

so no one knows of any mmo's with a housing system that isnt gona close within the year? i find that kinda sad.

Been playing DDO for a while and getting tired of it still a fun game but now I’m looking for something new.  I am hoping that you guys/gals might have heard of / found a MMO with a housing system kinda like U.O or SWG where you can have your own plot of land not like ROM or EQ where its all a magical apartment.

I know Xsyom has a system kinda to what i want but not so sandboxy if that makes sense.

well i think what your asking for is not really posible as far as raids go. i think warhammer? had open world raids/pvp at very low lvl but raids in tradition are high lvl end game quest that you unlock.  skill based mmo's that use twitch system  might be more what your looking for.  CoX with super sidekicking kinda made it where you can join and be simi effective at any lvl.  apart from that good luck on your hunt.

For a sandbox mmo swg is "currently" a runner for it as far as the whole housing system i used to play it and was in from pre-launch so i do know the pain and all that come with knowing what it was like if you can push that aside (i cant seem to for long) swg currntly wouldnt be a bad game.

if another game had a housing system like swg has where a lvl 1 could posibly have a house and start to decor it i think that would apease some (i know not all or even 1/2) of the sandboxer wanabee comunity. 

now for a head trip imo i think the best sandbox game would have the core system of UO pre-tremal mixed with minecraft and for a touch of class updated graphics to swg or some simi realistic game but not a system hog like AoC.  I have a persistant layer in the programing yes like minecraft you can dig and what not all around but if you dont keep a cave for example "kept up" mother nature will take it over (slowly not sure on tamescale) till it was back to default.

I might get flamed for this :p but I think you might like Two Worlds 2 if you want to shell out for the box price.  me and my brother picked it up and it's been pretty fun so far duno about replay value.  and yes i know its not mmo but it is online with small groups. 

Theres another one that was a mmo of sorts made by ncsoft i think "goblin" or "horde" (late here and i dont feel like lookin it up) duno if its still open but i use to play it was prety fun for a weekend game.

Xsyon isnt so  bad ya got to get into a comunity of ya want ot do anything major in the game the future updates show promise for good expansion thogh might make it a bit harder for any new folks to come onbored but thats besides the point.

If ya want a solo/server run sand box even thogh the graphics seem a bit dated I am a minecraft'er at hear so i do really suggest minecraft no sub' 15 or so buck got to use paypal.

Got into DDO with my brother and did most of the unlocks for f2p but i need a break from doing fame runs.

I was wondering if there are any simi decent "Sci-Fi" mmo' s out there for the short run just so i can cool my jets from ddo. willing to try anything difrent from reguler fantasy grind's.  would perfer a team based game or enforced "budy" system and a simi decent storey.  graphics arnt so importent in my book neither is pvp.

MINECRAFT!!!! best sandbox i've played so far its not free but werth it if you really want a sandbox game at core. you can make a mini mmo with makin or joining servers.

I was looking for some sort of teamplay game style where you can work together on a ship or somthin the ones i've found so far are

Pirates of the Caribbean

and SWG:Lightspeed.

where you can have a capt' and pc crew not evrey pc is a capton.

I would perfer an mmo P2P or F2P that is fun in small groups but not where its neccesory for large groups to get anything done.  game type dosnt matter so much to me atm.  Me and my brother have been looking for a good duo game and the only one we found was Two Brother's.  if you guys/gals know of another choice please post.

duno about fast but for F2P i would suggest DND its free graphics are good and if your getting wow in a few days should fill the time nicely.  its a good team game IMO would also check out some of the games over at Gpotato some are intresting.

Ya in a way B2P is a Glorified F2P game Most of the B2P that i've played including Guild wars still use a money market of one kind or another (/shrug) duno how often they are used but i know they have them.  I still vote for B2P but Most of the F2P games comming out seem to be holding there own.  (baring DDO they where origanally P2P :p)

They need to re-work their  TCG model don't think another fantasy game will do good in the market atm
