CoX is doing well just like its first day. When I9 issue goes live, you see the population spike rise up. New redesign and invention system may spark even more new players. Time will tell the progress and Cryptic always give us good surprises, just like the first day of Christmas.

I was level 12 and the goblins were lvl 8 ~ 9. The infamous piercers deal the same damage as what i got when i was level 8. What i believe is the mitigation is heavily flawed. Even with upgraded armour pieces, it only reduce like 1~2 damage point.

Engineer : you will have pets and a crafting class too 2. Bureucrat : have pets too, they are the debuffer and crowd control class. Try read AO official forum for guides on playing those characters. Since the game is mature now, most players were encouraged to twink the character to perform optimally. update i miss out one more : Meta - Physicist : they are more like Lore Master in LOTRO but their pets fly around and you can direct them to heal friendly players.

LOTRO isnt my cup of tea so i uninstall it after torturing myself for 2 days to hit lvl 15. Too many tweakings needed and i dont think Turbine will improve it, just like all other MMO they made. Sad.

Tried all race and so far, i still prefer dwarf. Combat wise, i love it! But the quest system is almost like Guildwars.

PhysX card reduce the CPU load for doing the physics calculations and particles collisions. I play CoX with very high particle physics with physx runtime installed, tend to bring some improvements to the software mode.
