Id say Asheron's Call its kinda dated now but the PvP is great, Skill based and looting check it out not many ppl playing as before but enough to still have fun

Darkfall for me

I am also in the same boat as you also coming from Asheron's Call being my first great PvP experience.... i am waiting for WAR and AoC and hopefully Darkfall which is on the top of my list because the pvp will be the same as AC i think.

How is the Population?

What is the PK like after you kill someone can you loot them ect.

And what level can you start pking at?

Asheron's Call by far was the Best game i have ever played the PvP was great there was actually consequences when you died you got skill reduction and you lost items especially on the Darktide server ( PvP server) you had to watch your back every where you went and game play was awesome no going around and killing a number of so and so there were quest that dealt with what the actual game was about like helping Asheron out ect....

just my 2 cents 

I know Perfect World is free as far as i know and the will be coming out with a Malaysian/English Client version very soon

I think you may be talking about Lifetank or Eltank both buff you and can set up diffrent vulns to apply on monsters ect
