I've actually read all the information on their site, and while it's certainly interesting, until the goods are delivered I can't help but be skeptical about any developer (especially one making their first game) fulfilling the concepts and ideas they're promising, and presenting a finished product worthy of my money. I think the same goes for a lot of players who have been burned by a game in the past or have watched the scams and failures from both the past and present.

Report it or let it slide down the list of threads into oblivion. Otherwise you're simply fueling the fire.

Not really. I mean, there are exceptions and you will find mature players in the game, but at least from my experience the game still has its fair share of children-like behavior. But if you can find a solid guild you'll be less likely to notice that via pick-up groups.

Maybe this balance of player/retard swings the other way as you progress to higher level zones, but one can't deny that the bad eggs in a community can turn off a lot of potential players who log on for the first time to see a discussion that goes about "i like vaginas. anyone else?" and "u r gay and u like penis" going on in Global Chat.

There's still cursing and in some cases it still doesn't fit, but I have to give it to Acclaim in that it's no longer shamefully/pathetically excessive to the extreme.
