Saying a MMO is a rip off a MMO is like saying this thread is a rip off of yesterdays thread.

i mean, it has the same interface, same people, and still doesnt cost anything to look at. man... i wish they would stop ripping stuff off old threads. Or Halo 3 was such a rip off Halo 2, but since Halo 2 was a rip of Halo, Halo 3 is really a rip of Halo... same interface, combat, and story line!

what do you expect a mmo to do, have your hp off the sreen in a sub window you have to alt-tab to look at, have your skills look like bunnies, and you walk around the screen not with clicking or wasd, but with yghj or tfgh...

the face of the matter is... nothing in the MMO world is original anymore because just about everything has been thought off... so stop the childish whining of "OMG THIS GAME IS SUCK A RIP OF ____" just stop playing the game and go back to whatever you were playing and move on. You will live a much better MMO Life.

Napolleon... i think a good game for you is either Runescape or WoW... they both have good end-game content from what i hear

You should probly look at another game - Aion : Tower of Eternity

it has alot of things niether WAR nor AoC have but offer kidna the same things... just check it out. heheheh Aion

i sadly lost interest in the game and never looked back... i upgraded my computer to allow it to run smoothly and it did... and idk if my comp is high-end or not but i didnt do much to it besides add 2 gigs of ram and but a nvidia 8600 (i think its 8600 anyway...) and they game runs perfect and smooth.

after reading this article i might re download the game and try the new stuff they have... i mean got bored with it because of only 3 game types... and i only liked 2 and after a month of hardcore playing the game just got old after awhile... ill more ethan likely go back to it though... i liked smackin ppl down with my healer... afterall... it was a good non-carebear game... i didnt have to listen OMG PLEASE HELP ME LVL IM NEWBIE!!!!! i already said you cant play a Realm vrs Realm (or Race vrs Race) that doesnt have skills built aorund PvP... i mean the whole lore of a RvR game is one nation vrs another nation... and its not a contest of who can gather the most cute bunnies... its who can KILL the most cute bunnies

Dedication will pay of in the long run in Aion... i mean iv had to of read this a hundred times. Casual gamers will get to experience what hard-core players so... just the hard-core players will experience it first... as expected

The PvE content of the game from what i see will be your realm vrs the dragons (i forgot what they are called... and im really into this game ) but this is only in the Abyss and some few select areas around it from what iv read or understood from what iv read. If you want to play a CaerBear game then dont play a RvR game because im sorry... but i dont want a rogue to 1 hit my mage... specialy when they rogue is -10 lvls below me and i have good gear. PvP and PvE dmg formulas are always different... if they were the same... then my KO Mage would kill everyone i 1 hit with AoEs.

Controls and Interface are how you view stuff in your own opinion... i preffer C&M over wasd but then again im a PKer so switching directions fast is important to me... i can hardly use wasd while pk... to hard.

now for what you dont wait... your expecting WAY to much from a RvR fantasy game...

RvR games will always someone have their skills dictated to PvP (as i said before... i hit MOBs for 10k+... most hp any char can have is 14k... see what i mean) its just the formulas for PvP and PvE are different so oyu just gonna have to get over that quickly if you wanna paly RvR MMOs

Iv only really played KO and iv never played wow but on a private server and in KO there are patches all the time but i have NEVER (but 1 time a LONG time ago) had any drastic changes to my play style... just yet another reason i dont play WoW (plus WoWs pk system blows hard)

and you will ALWAYS have 16 year olds or younger playing MMOs... iv been playing MMOs since i was 14... and im 17 now... cuz im not 18 does that mean i cant play a MMO, or am i to young and your to old to play the same game?

I think Aion would be just fine for you if you just didnt care so much...

ganking (for the newbies is when people do 1v8s vrs you... i said this just cuz there is probly a 12 year old asking "whats ganking??? is it sexually oriented???") is my books is perfectly legal... i prefer low number parties (2-4 ppl) then like 8+ cuz this is just to easy... 2-4v8+ is fun :)

and 1v1s a fine to... but if your in a open pk zone then DONT COMPLAIN ABOUT GANKING... i hate playing Call of Duty 4 or another game and ppl complain about 1v2+... its like why do you play a TEAM game then complain about TEAMwok... its hypecritcal..... o and then they yell "ZOMG PWNTED" when they do a 1v2

Honestly the fact that this thread and post is here in the Aion forum is just insulting. It's not only insulting to me but it's insulting to the entire fan base who have actually taken an iota of their time to gather just a smidgen of information before they open their mouth and insert their foot. Had you have done that you would know that your statement has no bearing whatsoever on Aion and simply does not belong in this forum.

I honestly hope that the forum mods take this thread off completely.

Considering all the general threads here at MMORPG.com all you had to do was sift through a few and you'd have gotten an answer (had you asked one in the first place) about how Aion is being developed (persistant or instanced). Not to mention it's common decency to ask a person before you decide to take a crap on their lawn.
