The no choice talent trees are one of the main reasons I left wow. I'll have to make sure to complain a lot in beta on this one. :)

There's a difference between offline, and solo. Of course you can play it solo as long as you pay 39.99 a month (or whatever your internet is lol)

yeah I played the first 2 offline only so I don't see it that way, but I understand that a lot of people do. Also I can't buy the game because I travel a lot, and sometimes I don't have internet. I don't see a point in getting a game I can't play when I'm somewhere bored as hell without internet. I know this is a dead horse topic so you can ignore it, and I know it's not something that's going to change (until someone maybe finds a way to hack it for offline play). I'm just putting my opinion out there.

I remember when you could play a single player game offline without having to worry about hacks. Those were the days. 

The only reason I don't agree with the OP is because I'm BIG into PVP, and I would like to know what skills are going to be used against me (basic ones atleast) based on what weapons are being used. As far as PVE I think it would be a good option.

I was going to watch the vids, but that music made me close youtube instantly. I hate that kind of music.....not just dislike....hate. I really wanted to see the vids too. :(

I chose yes simply because I don't care. I would be willing to do a raid now and then if my guild was wanting to. I have no problem with other people that DO enjoy raiding a lot having that option given to them. It won't be my end game, but if it's there ideal of what end game should be than who cares? (unles it delays launch...then NO)

I just added this to the top too, but if you are having problems registering, and have access to another computer try registering on that one. It worked first try for me when I did that.

After buying the game are you getting a 502 error while filling out the rest of the info, or linking it to your guild wars 1 account? Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Edit: I was able to register right away when I switched over to my laptop. So if you are having problems maybe just switch computers. (Yes it's true if you are american you have at least 2 computers!)

Serious head trauma that leaves my arms useless. Then since I'll only be able to face roll I'll prob play SW, or WoW.

The question is "Can this" computer run GW2. I do understand that upgrading things, and doing it another way is more viable, but can THIS computer run GW2 Quiz?

I have Virgin mobile which I think for you would be $35 a month for 300 talk, and unlimited Data/text. You would have to buy one of their android phones. I have the LG optimus V, and it works good for what I will describe, and right now costs $99 and runs on 3G sprint network. After you get your phone you download an app called easy tether. You'll have to get the paid version for $20 one time fee. You don't need to root the phone, or hack it at all. You just download a file that takes care of the computer side of the app via the app itself, or directly onto your computer while using some other form of internet. 

I used to use it exclusively for internet when I was broke, and it worked really well. The only thing is I heard a rumor going around about Virgin Mobile starting to throttle after a certain speed now, and since I don't use it for my primary internet anymore I'm not sure if that's true or not. 

Anyway I hope this helps.

Edit: I'm sure there are newer phones with better features now, and they'll probably work just as well if not better. I only suggest the Optimus V because I KNOW it works. VM also offers 4G phones if they support that in your area.

Well it's better than I could do, but then again I draw like a 5 year old that holds the pencil in his ear while drawing. So I guess that's not saying much! Anyway. Good job man.
