I dont know about suing them, would be pretty hard now that the bottle is open and you couldnt prove that you didnt put the fly wing inside.  Try contacting Malibu via their website you may get a couple of freebies.

Same thing happened to me.  Microsoft support is not going to help get your money back, just go to your bank and lodge a dispute on the charges and let them deal with it, i was refunded in a couple of days.

You should of zoomed out more as cant see either end of the barbell, you could of had two guys helping you lift it.

As already mentioned Dragon Age 1 & 2 and Witcher 2 are good single player fantasy games.  I would also check out Risen and Arcania: Gothic 4.  And if you liked Skyrim you could always pick up Oblivion.

Kinda depends what it is mostly used for.  I have a laptop and a desktop.  If your a gamer then the obvious choice is a good high end desktop.  If you dont play games and use it mostly for emails, internet etc then a laptop is a pretty good choice cause you can take it with you.

She had some wicked bruising all over her back and arms and she also has collapsed lungs but i would say she is pretty lucky not to have suffered worse.

You could always shave some of your chest hair to resemble Chewies head and tattoo a couple of eyes and a mouth amongst it :)

Same here, i found it more fulfulling to face the zombies by myself knowing i had to watch my own back, i think it made it more of a challenge to go through it solo.

There has been a series recently of Dr Who games.  Not high profile or big budgeted but decent enough.

It happens in TV shows quite a bit but not in movies as much.   

Finished it awhile back and loved every minute of it. Similar to Dead Rising but way better.

I always wear Steel Blue safety boots.  It's an Australian company so not sure if they sell them over there but they are the best boots ive ever worn.
