Best MMO for quite a while, expansion is instant pre-order idd

I also feel SC-II got a lot more love and a better team.

This is the game Diablo III would like to be and never will, the multiplayer features written by Runic are a clear pun. Despite of its  limitations, TL2 beta is more addictive, RNG is amazingly well done and I got 0 DCs no matter how hard I tried to push it. Downtime, DCs and bugs (mostly linked to DCs) are the reason of D3's demise and unforgiving reviews. Runic will probably shine in 2012, Bli$$ard tried but it became too obvious that their best people left the company through the years. It's hard to believe this game costs 19€.

Worst launch in years, Blizzard lost the bit of respect it had, losing the best developers and  designers through the years isn't an excuse for the misery called Diablo III. You were told thousands of times the game MUST have offline option, you didn't listen and now it's too late to fix the game

Torchlight 2 for me. Diablo 3 is just another Activi$$$ion title (no ladder, no mods, etc), I've watched the full cinematics and they are the only great thing about the game tbh

WoW fully updated=22.4GB

WoW MoP Beta=17.4 GB

EvE, AoC and specially LotRO with DX10 and DX11 at max quality. It's a matter of taste but FF XIV is definitely not mine. RIFT has outdated unnatural gfx right from launch

I think the idea of WoW 2.0 plus new content (better than previous expansions) will get a lot of attention and, as said above, it's not that it has any competition this year

It's more like Free2Pay, games going this way will be more expensive than those with monthly quota unless you want to feel left out, next thing will be selling gold officially

Blizzard said they can make WoW F2P when needed, I don't see any new 'WoW' on the horizon tbh

Face it, 4.0.1 is WoW's flop, all MMOs have a decay moment, now it's WoW's turn, I'd start looking for good alternatives

Just so you know, WoW is basically unplayable after last patch so you got a GW2 vs Bugs

I left because:

1) Most quests are a boring time sink, treats are a joke

2) There are hardly solid groups and the solo content is poor

3) All you get is killng trolls forever in the end

4) Even more grindind than WoW

Alternatives I ruled out:

EQ2: got bored in 3 days

DAoC: almost dead

WoW: only for hardcore raiders, left after tier 4

Guild Wars: don't like PvP

So I basically can't find any MMO for me :)

People prefer newest MMOs not to mention EA will probably shutdown DAoC in a matter of months
