I've wondered the same thing for a long time now. Crafting in most MMO's is down right pathetic. Ultima Online has a great crafting system (just my opinion) and so did Wish (canceled). I'll keep my fingers crossed in hopes that one day a game will surface that does a great job at making it challenging and fun.

I'm excited about the fact I do NOT have to play any more of the steaming piles of crap MMO's anymore.

For the record I'm not a woman =) however my wife and I went to target years back for the baby registry and it went great. I can confirm though that things have changed since then and are now much stricter on the once lenient return policy.

The grind has always been there, just in different forms. Back in the old days of UO the grind was there, it wasn't quite as tedious as some other games, but the one that that made it worth it was the visible since of accomplishment. You hit harder, got hit less often, or were finally able to craft something new and better.

The grind is not always a bad thing, it just needs to be well thought out and planned in a fashion that gives the player something to look forward to and be proud of.

If your looking to further your knowledge or just gain some inspiration, search for the author named Joe Dever. He wrote some wonderful fantasy books that are chalk full of ideas.

GForce 7200?! Check your card again and give us the exact model of it. Did this come with the computer? It could very well be an intergraded card (built into the mainboard) which would mean it's gonna be hard to play any modern games smoothly.

Before you run out and buy a new video card for your computer, you're gonna need to figure out what type of card slot you have. Check the detailed spec of your computer, if you don't know where to look, let me know and i'll assist you.

Are you serious?! What is worse, your nephew seeing you cutting some guy apart and blood flying all over the place, some some tits? I think some people need to take a step back and think about what is worse for a young child to see. Keep in mind that nudity is nothing more than having no clothes on, yet the acts of violence are that of acually taking the life of someone or something usually in grotesqe and horrible ways, like decapitation, dismbowelment and so forth.

I think your concernes o.p. are in the wrong place and should be much more concerned with a young family member witnessing acts of violence than nudity. Oh and fyi, I am a father of two children, I do not sheild them reality, but teach them and explain to them that such things as violence and other crimes are not ok and why.

You got to be freakin kidding me, who the hell are those two clowns? PvP in WoW, is almost non-exsistant! It's more like uber gear vs uber gear, or pansie honor farming twink !@#!@$ Blizzard did more than drop the ball with PvP, they freakin lost it! There is no meaning to PvP, there is no risk, no reason to go out and risk yourself to gain anything. It's all about item whoring, period.

Bah I'm done, I've been down this road way to freakin many times on the same subject. Blizz is not going to change it, it's beyond repair now.

It's another Asian MMO based on the same configuration as the hundreds of others, and thats all I'm gonna say. I was in the first closed beta many months ago. I'll not be trying it again.

You know, the same thing was said about Eve before it was in beta, Dark Age of Camelot, and a dozen other MMO's made by "no-name" companies, or by dev's that had never made a game like that before. I hope all you that are bashing the possibility that DF will do well, or even could, end up eating your words and then some.

As for not being well known enough, well here's something to think about. How about you as fans try advertising it to other players in a way that doesn't offend, or come across as hype or fanboyism (is that a word!? haha!)

You know what, I'm from the south and I talk with a drawl, say the odd slang terms you all hate so much, and I'm freakin proud of it. I still keep an open mind to peoples tastes, opinions, and do my damnedest to not comes across as a complete jack-ass. I hate racism, sterotyping, I'm better than you grade school bullshit, narrow minded people that think their taste is the best thing next to nacho's and the word NOOB, Newbie, nub, etc.. I find it insulting, degrading, and just plain stupid.
