Guwa! Ka ka ka ka!
I admit, I saw SOE and was semi excited that maybe a similar "tree" open-ended profession system was in the works. I scurried to my local EB Games and asked if it was true, but saw sad sad heads shaking. "Bah!" I scoffed, "Nothing will detour me from getting my own player house to become a digital hermit and craft till my little heart was content.!" So I installed it and logged on. "Woohoo! More than 5 options for player customization! Well...only 4 hair styles BUT STILL!" I logged in. "Woohoo!" ... I waited...."wohoo..." And waited... "%$#&! Oh wait there he is!" So I saw my character and was thrilled. The world looked great and the mobs are...randomly glitching 4-5 feet distances, hmm. "I am Delondial! Master Druid! I will rock your face!" Says I. Then I tried to walk...fail. So after messing with my system and adjusting the graphics down to the trees becoming high school theater cut outs, I'm finally able to stop lagging (mostly). So as I'm fighting mobs, (yey I can walk while casting!) they kinda....teleport about, or just plain turned invisible. But no worries! I'm going to learn my crafting skill soon and that will make it all better....*speaks to crafting trainer* "Welcome to Wo...um...Vanguard's originial take on Crafting ^_^" .......... WAAA!!!!!! Ok, I can deal with this...I just have to find my quest hub and level. Maybe the spells will be so cool I'll never want to stop casting the... wait...where is the quest hub? Where are the quests? How do I read this map? Why does this man on my card look so angry? Diplomacy? I'm stuck at level 6 with no quests, nothing to skin, no crops to harvest, no community to assist, no tutorial to explain why :( wtb my 50 bucks back -_- Please dont be offended, my opinion only. But dang what a let down |
