Boring, wheres the innovation? Wheres the zazz? Looks like your everyday mmo combat to me. Click...Click...Click. Ya, story is a big part of the game but since most of an mmo is gameplay, and not reading a story, im going to have to pass on this from what I see so far.

Darkfall technically isn't. It needs people to lose for people to win.

It's this epic and its low level stuff. Can't wait to see high level gameplay and PvP.

Wrong, in one of my older clans, we had an RP clan living in our city. They set up patrols around the area, and watched the walls for us. It's very possible, but all the "lol scrub" "gso" and "rp f**s" "get a life" players scared these clans away.

No you are wrong. Any private server is taking income away from Blizzard so they have every right to sue for loss of income if nothing else. And as I previous poster said, the defendent ignored the courts and never get a lawyer. It's their own fault.

Hardly, like 90% of the people on private servers, will NEVER play on retail, even if the private server business is shut down. They refuse to pay, and it won't change once the free options are gone. It's like busting game piracy. More than half the people weren't going to buy those games anyways, so the game company isn't losing nearly as much as people think.

Ever since I joined this game I've watched the population get lower and lower. People with 30k+ mob kills who used to talk in chat alll day long slowly disappeared until they were no longer present. I hardly recognize ANY names of players I see in game or in chat anymore compared to when i started. Yesterday I had the pleasure of watching one of the last "veterans" complain because it took him 3 hours to find a player. He said he was going to quit the game. The only person I saw in town yesterday was a guy who was AFK macroing his skills. All day. It's bad enough as it is trying to find another player but with the population clearly on the decline it's going to get worse. Honestly I probably won't stay subbed much longer, its hard to keep finding reasons to.

What kind of town only had 1 player in it, an NPC town? You do know 90% of the darkfall playerbase flocks to player cities, and even some player cities are emtpy because the big clans tend to flock to one of their many cities, sadly leaving the others empty and useless.

Darkfall pop is at an all-time low from a condition called Summer. I heard rumours on how people tend to roam the outside world in this horrible season, and I also heard it could impede on them playing mmo's.

I hope it doesn't. No offence to gay people out there, but it will be filled with "lol im gay look at me" trolls who obviously aren't gay, and they will just run around yelling it in town with no pants on. We really don't need that.

They are upgrading the animations terrain and models in the upcoming expansion.

Know what the best part of this meme is? In the manga its really over 8000, not 9000.

Will likely try, but not likely preorder. Preordering mmo's is a big no-no for me.

I cant believe people say EVE has actual content also... Log in, press skill to raise, log off. 3 months later, yay, I can go Pvping! Or you can just mine your life away from the start. It's no different than darkfalls content.

Pretty quick if your not keeping your renown rank up with you. Just got to LoTD (Land of the dead) at lvl 25, and find a grind group. You should be 40 in no time. However, being able to find a grind group depends on what class you play to, becuase it can be harder for some to find.

First impressions are everything. If it doesn't grab me right away it never will.
