past 30 the game is horribly broken and lame

before that it's fun, you get to block 50 spammers daily and get a special quest called Random Ban

You can make new accounts and sit around blocking spammers.

Or you can mine Aether till you want to /wrist.

They did a mass ban on Friday, didn't send out any emails at the very least, and vanished for the weekend when most people have time to play.  Not only that but the spam and botting is still there, strong as ever.

People PAY for a service and will be pissed when it's denied without a reason. The pro botters don't care, they've made their money and will just be rolling new accounts on stolen cards.

Perhaps you should take your own advice. Seems you need it.

Thank them for what?  The let the problem fester for 2 weeks due to lack of GMs and then do a mass ban without emails taking many that have no clue what they did wrong.  

Yeah great move.  In 5 days it'll be like it was yesterday.  The bots will be back.  The buyers will be there, the sellers will be there and the legit players will be pissed and gone.

the same for the game servers.

I can reach and trace every other IP that's not an NCSOFT one.  Also, its def something wrong with this PC since other computers I own don't have this issue.

Firewall uninstalled, used to be Norton, Windows Firewall Off... same issue
